ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (PLANNING)

In this customer facing role you will be the first point of contact for general planning and environmental services enquiries both in person and over the phone, promoting a positive and professional customer experience by utilising your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential information.

We are looking for a well organised individual who works as well collaboratively as they do independently. A competent user across all Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word) with a keen eye for detail who can willingly and seamlessly adapt to new technology.

The salary range for this full-time position is $62,300 - $72,200 ($34.27 - $39.68/hr) under Council’s salary system, with employment terms and conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award, working a nine-day fortnight, 35 hours per week.
