Hello Palm Terrace Residents!
�� Reminder: Mailbox Keys Are Ready for Pick-Up
We’re excited to announce that the new centralized mailboxes are officially in use! These are located next to the laundry room, and all mail delivery has now been redirected to this location by the U.S. Postal Service.
To ensure you continue receiving your mail without interruption:
✔ Please stop by the office to pick up your set of two mailbox keys.
✔ Be sure to bring a photo ID.
✔ Only authorized household members may collect the keys. Let’s make this a smooth transition together!
�� Let’s Keep Palm Terrace Beautiful: No Parking on Lawns
We kindly remind all residents not to park on the grass or lawn areas. Parking on the lawn can damage our shared green spaces and impact the curb appeal we all take pride in.
�� A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has been working hard to improve the look of their homes—fresh flowers, tidy patios, and well-maintained yards do not go unnoticed! Thank You to All the Amazing Dads!
Our Father’s Day celebration was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the joy, laughter, and good vibes you brought to the clubhouse! From the delicious food to the fun moments shared, it was a beautiful day to honor the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our community. The custom ties were a big hit—you all looked incredible! Thank you for joining us and making it a memory to cherish.

Red, White & Blue Dump Cake
DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
• 1 (21-ounce) can strawberry pie filling
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
1) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2) Dump strawberry pie filling into a 9x12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with blueberries. Pour cake mix on top of blueberries. Drizzle melted butter on top.
3) Bake in the preheated oven until the top is a light golden brown, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.
