Site Work: All Pressure testing for Pinellas County Complete County performed Bac T's scheduled for week of 1/5 Easement in Progress
Fire Main Pressure test/Flush need to confirmed with City Fire Marshall
Club House: Informed by Duke Energy that they now require a CT Cabinet Installed, and new Secondary Feeders need to be Installed as well. Work expected to be Complete appx 1/7/26. Possible plan revision needed for Largo. This will delay completion Landscaping/Irr complete Chandeliers Installed Cabinet Installation in progress Kitchen Eq Installed Ceilings Complete.
