Community Reminders Community Reminders

The storage compound will be accessible Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. DO NOT DUMP your trash against the new fencing at any time! We provide curbside trash pick-up. Please have trash at the end of your driveway by 8 a.m. on Mondays (NOTE: If a holiday falls on Monday, pick-up will be the following morning). All garbage MUST be bagged and placed in a garbage can. No Contactor bags and must be household garbage only with a limit of (7) 13–30-gallon bags. Please do not use grocery bags, unless you bag them in 13–30-gallon bags prior to pick up.

If you are planning on storing your boat with us this season be sure to visit the office to complete a new storage form and provide the required document!!

Please be sure you are removing all leaves from your homesite and properly bag them before you discard them in our burn pile. If you are unable to bring them to the storage burn pile, notify management and we will make arrangements to pick them up once they are properly bagged.

As a friendly reminder, all residents must clean all trash cans regularly as we hand pick up our garbage. As a suggestion in the upcoming warmer months please add moth balls to garbage cans to deter maggots.

REMEMBER, on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, the water lines are flushed at NOON. PLEASE DO NOT use water between noon and 2 p.m. AFTER 2 p.m., RUN COLD water from all faucets in your homes until water runs clear.

ALL Vehicles MUST be registered, insured, AND in working order! If vehicles DO NOT meet Hillanlake criteria, PLEASE remove them or we will have them towed!

Please make sure your home area is neat and free of leaves and debris. We will be walking the property to ensure everyone is keeping the community looking pristine.

We'll sell your home! Please contact the office for further details!
