Managers Message Hi Friends & Family! Welcome, September! As summer comes to an end and we move into fall, we are hopefully looking forward to some cooler weather! We are patiently watching the weather up north, waiting to see those temperatures drop and the snow begin to fall so our snowbirds can start packing up and making their way back down to see us. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back! Labor Day Office Closure We would like to remind everyone that the office will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday! A Reminder About Weeds & Mold We understand that the summer rain and humidity can make keeping up with weeds and mold an ongoing challenge. However, as we work to keep Silver Oaks and Oak Gardens looking beautiful, we need everyone to do their part. I have reached out by phone and email to some residents regarding weeds and/or mold on their property. If you have received a call or email from me, please make sure these issues are taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you to all of our wonderful residents for doing your part to help keep Silver Oaks and Oak Gardens beautiful, clean, and welcoming! We appreciate you!

Community Reminders: Dumpsters: Please do not leave your unwanted items or food in the clubhouse or next to the dumpster. If you don't want a non-perishable item, please give it to someone, the Salvation Army, or Goodwill. Newsletters: If you have anything you want to be added to this newsletter, please feel free to let me know before the 20th of each month. Home Exteriors: No carport, porch, or other areas around the home and lot may be used for gardening (fruits and vegetables) or the mass collection of plants and pots. Management reserves the right to determine what constitutes "too many" plants and pots. Lot Improvement Forms: Please remember that any changes or additions to the outside of your home must be approved through the office before starting. We now require that a lot improvement form be filled out for any improvements or changes made to the exterior of your home. If the form is not filled out, then no improvements will be approved. For example, it has been mentioned several times in the newsletter that ALL exterior painting MUST be color-approved by the office, even if it is being painted the same color. If it has not been approved, then you will be required to repaint with an approved color. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Construction Updates: NO CONTRACTORS are to be working in our community without FIRST coming to the office with their appropriate LIABILITY AND WORKMAN'S COMP certificates. If we do not have copies in our office, they will be escorted off the premises. This includes grass cutters. Minors: Minors are not allowed in the clubhouse, pool, or pool area unless accompanied by the homeowner. There will be no exceptions. Guests: Please register all guests in the office. Parking: Please refrain from parking in other residents' driveways without their permission. Make sure management knows whom you have allowed to park in your driveway. Pets: Dogs are not allowed to be tied up outside. Also, all pets must be on a leash and under your control at all times. There are no exceptions, and there is a fantastic dog park open to the public in Spring Lake.

Tips on getting your home ready to sell. 1.Deep Clean Everything Interior: Scrub floors, walls, windows, cabinets, and fixtures. Replace any stained carpet or linoleum. Exterior: Power wash the siding, clean windows/screens, and check for any mildew or buildup. Skirting: Make sure it’s intact and not sagging. 2. 2026 NASA Championships Sept. 24-27 Sebring International Raceway 113 Midway Drive, Sebring, FL, United States Launched in 2006, the NASA Championships is one of the marquee events of the National Auto Sport Association. The Championship event provides NASA racers around the country the definitive platform for showcasing their driving talent, their attention to detail, and their devotion to the sport. Only when all three of those elements come together can they hope to have a shot at being crowned a NASA National Champion. To become a NASA Champion, everything must come together to conquer the very best amateur racing drivers in the country. Error-free driving is a must. Exceptional preparation is key; a bit of good luck certainly helps. To give competitors across the country the opportunity to compete at the highest level of amateur motorsports, the NASA Championships move each year to a different track. From “bucket list” tracks such as Circuit of the Americas to the legendary venues of American road racing such as Virginia International Raceway, Road Atlanta, Sebring, Sonoma and Watkins Glen, the NASA Championships is the ultimate stage.
