Warm Breezes, Palm Trees & Vitamin Sea! I love fall! The weather starts to cool down (well, at least it’s supposed to!), and we get to see many of our friends and families returning from up north. With the cooler temperatures, it’s the perfect time to get outside, enjoy some fresh air, and spend time with our neighbors and friends. I will be doing lot inspections this month. Overall, things don’t look too bad, but there is some fall cleanup that needs to be taken care of. Please take a little time to look over your yard and make sure everything is neat, clean, and in good condition.
🎃 Annual Halloween Party – October 31st! Be sure to join us for our Annual Halloween Party on October 31st! We hope to see everyone there for some Halloween fun, good times, and great company. And don’t forget your costume! 👻🕷️🎃 💡 Yard Lights Please check your yard lights to make sure they are working properly. Keeping your yard light on and in good working condition helps keep our community well-lit, safe, and looking uniform.
📅 Important Reminder – November 1st Please don’t forget that November 1st is an important date. Lot rent changes on November 1st, and taxes are also due. If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, please feel free to stop by the office or give me a call. I am always happy to help! Community Reminders: Dumpsters: Please do not leave your unwanted items or food in the clubhouse or next to the dumpster. If you don't want a non-perishable item, please give it to someone, the Salvation Army, or Goodwill. Newsletters: If you have anything you want to be added to this newsletter, please feel free to let me know before the 20th of each month. Home Exteriors: No carport, porch, or other areas around the home and lot may be used for gardening (fruits and vegetables) or the mass collection of plants and pots. Management reserves the right to determine what constitutes "too many" plants and pots. Lot Improvement Forms: Please remember that any changes or additions to the outside of your home must be approved through the office before starting. We now require that a lot improvement form be filled out for any improvements or changes made to the exterior of your home. If the form is not filled out, then no improvements will be approved. For example, it has been mentioned several times in the newsletter that ALL exterior painting MUST be color-approved by the office, even if it is being painted the same color. If it has not been approved, then you will be required to repaint with an approved color. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Construction Updates: NO CONTRACTORS are to be working in our community without FIRST coming to the office with their appropriate LIABILITY AND WORKMAN'S COMP certificates. If we do not have copies in our office, they will be escorted off the premises. This includes grass cutters. Minors: Minors are not allowed in the clubhouse, pool, or pool area unless accompanied by the homeowner. There will be no exceptions. Guests: Please register all guest. Fill out form located at the bulletin board in the club house. Parking: Please refrain from parking in other residents' driveways without their permission. Make sure management knows whom you have allowed to park in your driveway. Pets: Dogs are not allowed to be tied up outside. Also, all pets must be on a leash and under your control at all times. There are no exceptions, and there is a fantastic dog park open to the public in Spring Lake.
