A Wonderful First Month at Villa Del Sol

Dear Residents,

I just wanted to take a moment to say how truly happy I am to be part of the Villa Del Sol community. My first month here has been filled with warm smiles, friendly conversations, and a genuine sense of connection. It’s been such a pleasure meeting so many of you around the park!

As we look forward to the return of our snowbirds, I’m excited to meet even more of you and continue building relationships throughout the season. Please remember to stop by the office on your return so I can update my files.

Sales have started to move, we have sold three homes in the past two weeks. It was a pleasure working with each of them during their move-in, and I know you’ll enjoy getting to know them as much as I have. Looking forward to a wonderful season ahead!

We now require that a lot improvement form be filled out for any improvements or changes made to the exterior of yourhome.Iftheformisnotfilledout,thennoimprovementswillbeapproved.Forexample, it has been mentioned several times in the newsletter that ALL exterior painting MUST be color-approved by the office, even if it is being painted the same color. If it has not been approved, then you will be required to repaint with an approved color. There will be no exceptionstothisruleviolation.
