I hope you all made it home safely and had easy trips! Thanks so much for a wonderful season! I am looking forward to another great season this fall and can’t wait to see you all again in the fall, when all the heat we’ve got coming is gone. We’re working on making sure that next season is even better than this one, so hopefully you’ll have something to look forward to when you return!

April is here, along with the end of the 2023/2024 season. We are sad to see our winter residents leave us but cannot wait to see you again!
Our 2024 Champion homes are almost ready! If you aren’t in the market for a new park model, we are still offering residents a referral bonus to anyone that sends us a new home buyer! I have already paid out 3 current residents $2500! It’s a generous offer, and you get the benefit of inviting your friends to come and spend their winters in our beautiful resort. Just make sure you bring them in on their first visit to the community. Please stop by and see me and I would love to show you the new homes. And if you have friends that haven’t been here, bring them by and I will give them a tour of our resort. I will even buy them lunch in our cafe.

Hello everyone! It’s definitely slowing down here at Las Quintas RV Resort. Even our bicycle riders are riding slower! Of course, It could have something to do with Our Yuma weather going from the 70’s to the 90’s. Our Activities department just held its first Summer Activities meeting to discuss ongoing activities as well as new ones! What fun we had coming up with some indoor activities to keep everyone busy. Some of the activities that we are going to try out, we will continue with this fall. Since we have a little more time right now to experiment, it will be fun to see what everyone comes up with! We just scheduled our first “Movie Night”! Can’t wait to see what movie is drawn out of the hat! Hope all of you that are leaving or have left, arrive home safely. Can’t wait to share new ideas with you this fall.
