BTK ÇALIŞMA YAPIYOR Süel, bu teknolojinin Türkiye’de de çok hızlı gelişeceğine inandığını kaydederken, “Konu, BTK’nın gündeminde. Ancak bu sistemin gelişmesi için ‘fem to cell’ cihazının, ‘tüketici cihazı’ olarak sayılması gerekiyor. Baz istasyonlarından alınan yıllık 500 TL’lik ücretin alınmaması lazım. Yoksa daha pazara giriş aşamasında sistem işlemez. BTK, baz istasyonunun çıkış gücüne göre bir sınırlama getirebilir ve bu cihazlardaki gibi 100 milibat altındaki cihazlardan ücret alınmamasını sağlayabilir” dedi. Süel, Bu sistemin, ADSL hizmeti verilen her yere konabileceğini ve baz istasyonu olmasa da internet olan her yerde çalışacağını kaydetti. Süel, “Bu sistemle aynı anda az sayıda abone konuşabiliyor. 4-16 kişi arasında kişi sınırı var. Çıkış gücü yüksekse, cihazın binaya kurulması da mümkün olabiliyor. Bu durumda ADSL şifresinde olduğu gibi binadaki tüm dairelerin kullanımına açılması gerekecek” diye konuştu. Türkiye’deki baz istasyonu tartışmalarına da işaret eden Süel, “Bu cihaz, evdeki ADSL modemi daha altında bir manyetik alan yayıyor. Elektrik çıkışı ile çalıştığı için ADSL modemin beşte biri oranında dalga yayıyor. İnternet varsa, taş ocağında bile cep telefonu çekecek” dedi.

ICTA MAKE STUDY Süel expressed that he believes that this technology will improve rapidly and said: “The issue is on the agenda of ICTA. But device of “fem to cell” must be considered as “consumer device” in order to improve this technology. Price of 500 TL which is taken for base station every year must be taken. Otherwise, the system won’t work even in the market-entry stage. ICTA can place restriction according to output power of base station and can provide not to take price from devices which works lower than 100 milibar like this device. Süel emphasized that this system can be set up anyplace where ADSL service is given and works anyplace where internet service is given even there is no base station. Süel said: A few people can talk at the same time by this device. There is limit between 4-16 people. If output power is high, to set up the device to building is possible. In this case, like ADSL password, the device must be opened to all flats. Süel emphasized also discussions on base stations in Turkiye and said: This device has lower electromagnetic field than ADSL modem. Because of working electric, the device has one fifth electromagnetic field of ADSL modem. Koç.Net has been also growing for last 5 years. We want to incorporate a company which offers individual ADSL service, after corporate ADSL service. We want to offer more integrated service to individual and corporate customers. We will meet all kind of needs covering mobile and fixed of our customers by single channel. We will have strong growth in this field.
