Emergency Management Director Tom Ryan says the inconvenience of accessing the center from inside the courthouse has been eliminated by installing a new exterior door on the south side of the building. The center is fully operational with Internet service, television, radio, detailed county maps, and a backup generator in the event of an interruption of electrical service.
