eachers of Talipan National High School (TNHS) English Department gathered once again to address some concerns raised regarding the preparation of the required Means of Verifications (MOVs) for the completion of the RPMS-PPST of teachers for the current school year. In a meeting conducted last March 25, Gina A. Grezula, Head Teacher of the English Department led the language teachers in reminding them about the MOVs that they need to furnish as of the current week. “After three SLAC-PMT sessions, we should have submitted already the following MOVs – CO1 documents, Teaching-Learning Projects that are MELC-based with evaluation plan and community involvement mechanism and the Individual Development Plan,” said Grezula. She also added that each teacher

should submit three copies of the said MOVs that will be signed by the school principal and secure a copy of the signed documents after. Meanwhile, some teachers expressed their concerns regarding the mix-ups experienced by some teachers who were not able to submit yet the said documents to their respective team leaders. From Page 1 easier for them to compile all MOVs when the school ask for the submission by department. “Lahat naman kayo ay mga projects na, nakapag-conduct na ng CO1 at available na ang soft copies ng redesigned E-SAT para ma-accomplish niyo na ang [Individual] Development Plan. Utay-utayin na natin [i-provide and MOVs] para lahat tayo ay maging ‘Outstanding’ sa dulo,” the head teacher stressed out. The meeting continued with the updates on different tasks assigned to some teacher-coordinators. Amelia G. Eroles and Jerwin S. Tierra recapped the tasks on the Project 2N-AIP to start the reporting. Tierra reiterated that MOVs for the assigned 2N-AIP Principle (Matter) should be at least one project or innovation with its complete proper documents and other related evidences such as photos and screenshots. Furthermore, Reading Program Coordinator Ma. Cassandra S. Antoni also shared her report on the ongoing reading program and asked for the remaining undocumented results from several reading teachers to submit their report as soon as possible. She also reminded the teachers about the timeline of the said program and how the target objectives could be met at the end of its implementation. Moreover, other matters such as the teaching schedule of student-teachers, teaching demonstration, SBM, and Accomplishment Report during the Education Summit were also discussed and presented during the meeting. The weekly meeting was participated by all English Teachers from the Junior High School (JHS) Level with Grezula as the presider. Lirio G. Parale, Master Teacher of the English Department was also there to help-out Grezula in responding to the concerns. The meeting ended with a mini salo-salo and small group meetings where teachers and members of each SLAC-PMT Team shared their early and small accomplishments to each other on their preparation of the necessary MOVs for the RPMS-PPST.
