Mendoza,

For Principle I: Leadership and Governance, TNHS aced almost all five indicators. The school bannered its programs such as its approved Improvement Plans that promote collaborative efforts from its stakeholders. “With all the MOVs presented, we can say leadership and governance are two areas where Talipan NHS really excels. Magaganda at malaki ang impact ng mga project na annually ay pinag-iisipan at pinaghahandaan ng mga teachers and departments natin”, said Gina A. Grezula, Head Teacher in English and assigned head together with Sherwin I. Diala, SHS Coordinator for Principle I. The team of Roselyn S. Acesor, Head Teacher in Filipino and Edna G. Adel, Head Teacher in Mathematics and ESP Departments also ended the evaluation with flying colors as all seven indicators under Principle 2 were graded ‘evident’. “Naka-focus naman kami sa Curriculum and Instruction kung saan documents presented were mostly lesson plans, WHLPs, COTs, contextualized SLMs and other materials that fall under curriculum and instruction”, said Acesor. “It is evident as all MOVs presented uphold curriculum in providing development needs for all types of learners. Lahat din ay localized in a way na it was crafted to become meaningful and capable sa learners by representatives from school and community stakeholders,” she added. Meanwhile, TNHS also mastered the Accountability and Continuous Improvement as five indicators under this principle were all pronounced ‘evident’ by the validator. Rodante C. De Castro, Head Teacher in Araling Panlipunan and assigned HT for the said segment said that all MOVs they presented were carefully checked and were all made sure it highlights the roles and responsibilities, accountability measures, assessment results, and other feedback mechanisms.

The MOVS validated included regular resources inventory, planning dialogue and resources programming, resources management system and proof of regular monitoring and evaluation of resources management processes. “As the HT In-charge for Management of Resources, I can say this is the strongest factor of our school on school-based management. Beyond the points of each indicator, it is how the school were able to maximize and utilize these resources for our learners and teachers set it far from others,” said Sherwin E. De Rama, Head Teacher of TLE Department and Maria Teresa C. Tagon, Head Teacher of MAPEH Department. Moreover, SBM Coordinator Rowena P.
