Giving back is instilled in who we are.

Giving back to the community is embedded in our DNA. We actively support more than 50 local charities.

We provide materials as well as our project managers, superintendents and laborers to charitable organizations across Greater KC.

And we applaud our employees who volunteer to renovate houses, make presentations to student groups, fundraise for special causes, work at food pantries and remain active in their community churches, schools, scout groups and more.

In 2024, we fought to end hunger, poverty, homelessness, and diaper needs in Kansas City.W

Community is more than concrete, bricks and steel. The sense of belonging and responsibility doesn’t come from a collection of buildings. It comes from how people use those buildings. It comes from a vision of what a building can be.

Platte County Health Department

St. Anthony’s Senior & Assisted Living Kansas City, MO

We partnered with St. Anthony’s Senior Living to create a vibrant, fullservice senior living community in the heart of Kansas City.

Our team constructed a one-story building over an open parking lot, featuring 49 assisted living units and 32 memory care units—each designed to provide comfortable, supportive spaces tailored to residents’ unique needs. We also renovated and repurposed an existing nine-story building into 120 independent living units, complete with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and spacious layouts.

The campus now offers a wide range of amenities—including a chapel, salon, fitness center, underground parking, St. Peter’s Pub, and beautifully landscaped courtyards—creating a warm and engaging environment where seniors can truly love the way they live.
