The Center has two 8ft, professionally surfaced tables. Tables are free to use, simply sign up on the whiteboard by the tables and wait your turn. All skill levels are welcome. Shuffleboard Club Meets first, second, and third Tuesday of each month, 1:30 3PM.

Mah Jongg Club 3PM. Note: this is not the tile matching game which clears the board. Center does not provide tile sets. Pinochle Club 1PM, play Pinochle, a card game for two or more players using a 48 card deck.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges (about 1 inch wide), keeping the core intact. Combine Parmesan, garlic, oil, vinegar, soy sauce and salt in a small bowl. Arrange the cabbage wedges, cut side down, on a large rimmed baking sheet. Brush all sides of the cabbage with the garlic Parmesan mixture. Roast until the edges are golden brown, about 20 minutes. Flip and roast until the cabbage is tender and golden, about 10 minutes more. Garnish with crushed red pepper and/or Parmesan, if desired.

Self improvement means something different to everyone. However, the basis for any self improvement goal is learning. The path we choose to take toward self improvement is also as varied as the goals we set. Some goals might include: explore the ways in which can improve. It may involve tasks left undone, life, or any number of facets of our life. Take the month to explore all the possibilities like to see improvement in your life? Make a list and then pick a goal. Then get started the library or the internet for ways to take on your new goal. never stops

Deadline is September 30 Fundraiser Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser Dinner, raffles, and entertainment! Don’t miss out on the Center’s Spaghetti Dinner Benefit on Wednesday, October 19th . Dinner will be served from 5-7PM, take-out orders start at 4:30PM. Tickets are $10/adult or $5/kids 6 and under and include a house salad, bread, spaghetti with meatballs, homemade dessert, and a beverage. There will also be raffle baskets and a 50/50 drawing.
