A MAJOR EMPLOYEE MILESTONE Smart City’s team at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) recently celebrated a major milestone for one of our longest-tenured team members. Dave Nagel, Operations Manager at ACC, commemorated his impressive 35th anniversary with Smart City this quarter, and the local Anaheim team honored that achievement with a special dinner. Dave has been instrumental in the success of our operations in Anaheim, and we thank him for everything he has done for our company! His dedication and expertise have contributed greatly to the excellence and reliability of our services in Anaheim.
THE PURR-FECT PUMPKIN! This Halloween, the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) embraced the spooky season with a series of different fallrelated team building events, which prompted an enthusiastic involvement from the local Smart City team. One activity was a traditional pumpkin carving contest, and while our team showcased their creativity, it was Keely McGaffin, our Customer Sales & Service Manager at LACC, who won third place with her cat-themed pumpkin! It was Purr-fect! Other festivities included a door-decoration contest that brought out the playful spirit in everyone. The camaraderie and energy during these events highlighted the strong bonds and collaborative atmosphere within our Smart City family at LACC, and we look forward to more of these events in the future. Special thanks to the building for putting on such amazing activities!

Smart City would like to congratulate Crystal Daniels, our Operations Manager at Seattle Convention Center, for graduating from Rapport Leadership Breakthrough One (LB1) this quarter. Crystal is already an incredible leader within our company, so we look forward to seeing her utilizing new skills to continue providing excellent customer service to our clients. Crystal’s commitment to personal and professional growth is truly inspiring, as is her dedication to constantly improve her leadership abilities.
