MARK HALEY President Smart City Networks
This business principle stands out as one of our most compelling, as it touches on so many aspects of who we are. At Smart City Networks, we pride ourselves on having a dedicated team, united by a shared commitment to providing the best service for our clients. Many of our team members have spent their entire careers believing in that mission. For example, earlier this year, we celebrated Keith McNeely’s 45th work anniversary, and now he’s preparing for his well-earned retirement.
At the same time, we’re always evolving—bringing in fresh talent with new perspectives to take us in exciting directions. This quarter, General Managers Mitch Hughes, Bill Duke, and David Bachler have transitioned to new locations, while Guillermo Huerta, and Alexia Puckett have stepped into General Manager roles for the first time. Change like this brings fresh energy and drives us forward as we continue to embrace the future.
Speaking of growth, we’re proud to highlight another graduate of our Promotional Evaluation Testing (PET) program, Kristian Kammermeyer, who continues to show the kind of dedication and skill that drives our success. But our commitment to career advancement goes beyond individual achievements. This quarter, we also held our Mid-year Reviews and Managers’ Training, ensuring we continuously improve our processes and provide the support needed to help our team thrive and develop.
We also had incredible events at our partnered convention centers in recent months. Major shows like D23, the Miami Beach Auto Show, Gastech, and NATO have demonstrated the exceptional capabilities of Smart City Networks and the strength of our people. By collaborating closely with our partners and utilizing the skills of our outstanding team, we’ve continued to raise the bar for service and innovation in the industry.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to another successful Pinnacle issue. As we celebrate our many achievements, let’s not forget that it’s the people behind every success that truly make Smart City Networks what it is today!
To the top!
On behalf of the entire Smart City team at the Orange County Convention Center, we extend our best wishes for a happy retirement to our esteemed colleague, Linda Adams of the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association. Linda, it has been a privilege to work closely with you over the years and we are excited for you as you embark on this new chapter in your life. You will be greatly missed!
Smart City Networks celebrated Keith McNeely’s exceptional career with a 5-Star send-off this quarter! After 45 dedicated years to our company, Keith is preparing for a well-deserved retirement.
As a cornerstone of our 5-Star Committee, Keith has played a pivotal role in elevating our centers to excellence. It was only fitting to honor him for his invaluable contributions. Keith, your legacy of dedication and leadership will continue to inspire us for years to come!
Our NRG Park team recently hit the bullseye— literally—at a team-building event at Flight Club! With darts in hand, our General Manager, Kyoko Sarchet-Hicks, and her team (David, Raquel, Jesse, Michael, Angel, and Randy) faced off in a friendly competition full of epic cheers and plenty of laughs.
Everyone brought their A-game to the board. By the end, they had not only sharpened their dart skills but also strengthened their team bond in the most fun way possible!
At Smart City Networks, growth and adaptability are key components of our success. This quarter, we are excited to celebrate the new roles taken on by our talented General Managers. Mitch Hughes moves from the Tampa Convention Center to lead operations at the Orange County Convention Center, while Bill Duke, formerly with the Greater Columbus Convention Center, steps into Mitch’s previous role in Tampa.
It is also with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Guillermo Huerta to the position of General Manager at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. Guillermo’s dedication to our company has been unwavering, and his two decades of service, which he will celebrate in January 2025, exemplify his commitment and expertise in our industry.
David Bachler, after over a decade at the Hawai’i Convention Center, now leads the team at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento. His transition marks the start of a new chapter, one he reflects on with deep appreciation and personal insight.
“Living with Aloha isn’t just a catchy tagline; it’s a lifelong discipline,” David shares. Now settling into his new role, he finds Sacramento’s close-knit community familiar and welcoming, comparing it to an extension of the Hawaiian spirit. These moves reflect Smart City Networks’ commitment to growth and innovation, as we continue to provide unparalleled telecommunications services nationwide.
Keith McNeely, our General Manager in San Antonio has been with Smart City for 45 years and will retire at the end of 2024. Throughout his last year, he wanted to share some of his thoughts and reflect on his long journey with Smart City.
The definition of perception is the mental impression of something perceived by the senses together with comprehension of what it is.
You may think you and your team do a great job at providing our services, however is that important? Isn’t it more important what the customers think? If the customer’s perception of you is that you do a poor job, then to them that is their reality, right or wrong. Your job is to change their perception to a positive one.
“What you see is not always what others see”
20 million years ago, Bob Sutton and I attended a seminar in Houston. We arrived early and noticed that the teacher was not ready for class. He was asking the staff to make copies of documents to be handed out, and the projector had not been set up. After a break, we noticed a few people did not return. After lunch, a great deal more did not return. You could tell the teacher was visibly upset. He stood up in front of the class and said he wanted all the idiots in the class to stand up. We looked around the room and no one was standing. Suddenly Bob pushed his chair back and stood up.
I knew at this point the teacher was in trouble!
The teacher asked Bob why he thought he was an idiot. Bob replied that he did not think he was an idiot. The teacher asked him why he stood up then, and Bob replied well you were the only one standing and I felt sorry for you!
The teacher may have been the best teacher in his field, but on that day our perception of him was poor.
Many years ago, a teacher teaching Math to six-year-old Timothy asked him, “If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?” Within a few seconds Timothy replied confidently, “Four!” The dismayed teacher was expecting an effortless correct answer (three).
She was disappointed. “Maybe the child did not listen properly,” she thought. She repeated, “Timothy, listen carefully. It is very simple. You will be able to do it right if you listen carefully. If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?” Timothy had seen the disappointment on his teacher’s face. He calculated again on his fingers. But he was also searching for the answer that would make his teacher happy. This time hesitatingly he replied, “Four...”
The disappointment stayed on the teacher’s face. She remembered Timothy loves strawberries. She thought maybe he doesn’t like apples and that is making him lose focus. This time with exaggerated excitement and twinkling eyes she asked, “If I give you one strawberry and one strawberry and one strawberry, then how many will Timothy have?” Seeing the teacher happy, young Timothy calculated on his fingers again. There was no pressure on him, but a little on the teacher. She wanted her new approach to succeed. With a hesitating smile, young Timothy enquired, “Three?”
The teacher now had a victorious smile. Her approach had succeeded. She wanted to congratulate herself. But one last thing remained. Once again, she asked him, “Now if I give you one apple and one apple and one more apple how many will you have?” Promptly Timothy answered, “Four!”
The teacher was aghast. “How Timothy, how?” she demanded in a little stern and irritated voice. In a voice that was low and hesitating young Timothy replied, “Because I already have one apple in my bag.”
Lessons to Learn: When someone gives you an answer that is different from what you are expecting, it is not necessarily wrong. There may be an angle that we may not have understood at all. We need to learn to appreciate and understand different perspectives.
When the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB) opened on September 26, 1987, Smart City moved their offices from the first floor of the Astrodome to GRB. After the move I noticed an old man pushing a broom in the basement. Every day the old man was there, pushing a broom. I perceived that this was the profession the old man had chosen many years ago. Was I wrong!
After talking with him numerous times I found out that he had retired as the president of a company in Houston. His wife had passed, and he was working at the GRB just to have something to do with his time. I miss seeing the old man and often think of him. How wrong my perception of him was!
“What one person deems to be important may be just as equally unimportant to another”
At Smart City Networks, one of our core business principles has always been “It’s the People,” and we strive to highlight our wonderful team whenever possible. The Smart City Spotlight is dedicated to boosting our team members for their extraordinary work and dedication to serving our customers. I KNOW THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW BIG CHANGES AT YOUR CENTER, AND NOW YOU FIND YOURSELF GENERAL MANAGER. COULD YOU SPEAK ON THAT SHIFT AND HOW YOU’VE ADAPTED TO YOUR NEW POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
A: With the knowledge of (previous General Manager) Bill Duke transferring to Tampa, he was able to prepare me for most of the responsibilities I would take on in his absence. It was a tremendous help knowing what was expected from me if I were to be promoted. With the support of the Smart City team, I am adapting well and look forward to learning and bettering myself every day in this position.
WHAT DOES YOUR JOB ENTAIL? HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR DAYTO-DAY ACTIVITIES?

Smart City Networks had a magical time providing top-tier telecommunications services for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, one of the world’s largest fan gatherings dedicated to all things Disney! This biennial extravaganza always begins at the Anaheim Convention Center, bringing fans together for three days of epic showcases and presentations from fan-favorite franchises like Star Wars, Pixar, Marvel, and more. As the official telecommunications provider, Smart City Networks ensured seamless connectivity across the massive show floor, which featured a wide array of exhibits from Disney brands and partners.
In addition to the Anaheim Convention Center, D23 events took place throughout the Anaheim Resort, including the Honda Center, Angel Stadium, and Disneyland Resort. Smart City’s reliable network supported the entire week of events, facilitating critical communications for both the organizers and attendees.
The Walt Disney Archives’ A Great Big Beautiful Car Show, showcasing iconic Disney vehicles, was just one of many highlights enhanced by the robust network infrastructure Smart City provided. Behind the scenes, our dedicated team worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was executed flawlessly, bringing expertise and passion to guarantee reliable, high-speed connectivity for every fairy-tale moment.
Recently, two major automotive events took center stage at Smart City Networks’ partnered venues. The Miami International Auto Show 2024 returned to the Miami Beach Convention Center, offering a blend of nostalgia and innovation with traditional, electric, and all-terrain vehicles. A standout feature was the electric car track, sponsored by Florida Power and Light, where students from Electrathon America raced electric vehicles, highlighting STEM education and future green technology.
Meanwhile, in Dallas, the Fire-Rescue International 2024 the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center showcased cuttingedge fire apparatus and emergency vehicles, drawing leaders in emergency services from across the globe. Exhibitors displayed advanced technology and lifesaving vehicles, all supported by Smart City’s seamless tech solutions.
Smart City Networks has built a reputation for delivering top-tier connectivity solutions for diverse events, whether catering to passionate gaming enthusiasts or major global gaming competitions.
Gen Con, the largest tabletop gaming convention in North America, has called Indianapolis home since 2003. With a recently extended contract through 2030, this event is beloved by diehard board gamers who gather for fun, food, and entertainment. Smart City played a crucial role in keeping the event connected, providing robust Wi-Fi for over 8,000 devices.
At PAX West, another popular event known for its mix of gaming, cosplay, and tech demonstrations, Smart City was faced with unique challenges that required creative solutions. For the 9th Avenue beer garden, our team deployed Wi-Fi outdoors to support Aramark’s POS systems by installing access points in trees. Additionally, we provided internet access for Red Bull inside a shipping container, enabling their game demos to run smoothly.
The Pokémon World Championships at the Hawai’i Convention Center was a major highlight. To accommodate the event’s high demand and multiple concurrent live streams, Smart City upgraded the venue’s network infrastructure. In partnership with ASM Global, we replaced outdated multi-mode fiber with state-of-the-art single-mode fiber and installed a new core router to enable multi-gig capabilities. Gastech 2024, the world’s largest energy exhibition and conference was held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, and Smart City was on hand to light it up! This year’s event drew over 45,000 attendees from 156 countries and hosted over 1,000 exhibitors, making it a landmark gathering in the global energy sector. Focused on natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, climate technologies, and low-carbon solutions, Gastech 2024 demonstrated its influence in shaping the future of energy, and Smart City Networks is proud to have been a part of this milestone event.
From a practical standpoint, Smart City Electric worked to ensure the execution of all technical requirements at the event. Supported by a dedicated team of 21 electricians, Smart City Electric delivered over 3,000 electrical lines, powering the expansive exhibit booths and meeting spaces throughout the convention. In addition, the Smart City technical team configured and installed more than 60 custom wireless networks that integrated perfectly with the high-tech, multi-million-dollar exhibit setups.
The complexity of Gastech 2024’s requirements posed a welcome challenge for the team, as it required precision, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology to ensure that exhibitors and attendees had an exceptional experience.
Smart City Networks’ involvement not only contributed to the event’s success but also highlighted Houston’s role as a global energy hub. The event generated over $27 million for the local economy, further solidifying Houston’s status as a key player in the energy industry.
This summer, Smart City’s expertise took center stage, powering two major events where athleticism, entertainment, creativity, and fan engagement converged: the WNBA Fan Fest at the Phoenix Convention Center and the USA Gymnastics Championships at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
For the third year running, the WNBA Fan Fest, a central part of the 2024 AT&T WNBA All-Star Weekend, transformed the Phoenix Convention Center into a celebration of basketball’s brightest stars. Behind the scenes, Smart City Networks was the silent MVP, ensuring that every moment was flawlessly connected.
Meanwhile, as the WNBA’s stars dazzled in Phoenix, the future of U.S. gymnastics took center stage in Minneapolis. In June, the city became “Gymnastics City USA” as it hosted the USA Gymnastics Championships and the Olympic Trials for the 2024 Paris Games.
Much like in Phoenix, Smart City Networks provided the backbone of connectivity at the Minneapolis Convention Center, ensuring that the event ran as smoothly as the athletes’ routines. Over nine days, we provided services to the USA Gymnastics Championships, a variety of trade shows, and fan experiences, culminating in the Olympic Trials. As athletes pushed themselves to the limit in pursuit of Olympic dreams, our team worked tirelessly to support the telecommunications needs of the event.

Incorporated® 71st Boule, proudly wearing Salmon Pink and Apple Green, while Smart City was working quietly behind the scenes to deliver wireless and hardwired services.
Also in Dallas, the Mary Kay Seminar continued the pink trend. Since 1974, the seminar has been a beacon of inspiration in downtown Dallas, attracting thousands for two weeks of education and recognition. Smart City Networks ensured smooth connectivity with our reliable services, celebrating the beauty of entrepreneurship wrapped in that signature pink glow.

Since 1980, it has become one of the largest sports cards shows globally, attracting over 100,000 collectors and hobbyists. Attendees explored thousands of dealer booths, participated in autograph sessions, and attended seminars on collecting trends. Special thanks to the Smart City team, including Ryan Keenan, Ryan McCart, Arnold Chavez, Chris Pendleton, and Dennis O’Gara. for their efforts in making this event a success!
IVECCS 2024 at America’s Center Convention Complex was a paws-itively delightful event, showcasing adorable dogs around every corner. Amidst those charming canines, Show Management required a custom 100 Mbps dedicated network that required segmentation to ensure venue wide connectivity. An additional wireless buyout allowed for real-time engagement with attendees on the show floor. The combination of cute dogs and reliable tech made for an unforgettable experience, celebrating both veterinary excellence and the joy these furry friends bring to everyone’s lives!
The Kansas City Convention Center (KCCC) hosted the AAFP National Conference for Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students, accomplishing a remarkable milestone with their 50th Anniversary! For over a decade, this annual event has been a staple at KCCC, and each year, it brings a sense of excitement and camaraderie. The Association consistently expresses their appreciation for the warm hospitality of our Kansas City teams and vendors, who truly feel like family. Together, we collaborate tirelessly to elevate their event year after year. This year was no exception, as they went all out with a selection of amazing food trucks!
Our Smart City Tampa Team was ready for Pri-Med Tampa, even when the unexpected happened! When Tropical Storm Debby threatened the area, we swiftly adapted, adding a dedicated network to stream weather updates during the event. To ensure attendees had connectivity throughout the venue, we also provided a Wireless Buyout for over 400 devices. Our efforts didn’t go unnoticed; Jennifer Marion from DBC Pri-Med commended our team, especially Madison Grimes
The 2024 CEDIA Expo, held at the Colorado Convention Center, was an amazing opportunity for Smart City Networks to ensure reliable connectivity for all involved. It was our mission to help exhibitors and attendees focus on innovation during this dynamic, tech-forward Expo.
Our CEDIA client, Chelsea Cranshaw , acknowledged the Smart City Colorado team, saying,
“You guys are the sweetest. Honestly the best team I’ve ever worked with for internet. I’ve truly never had an internet team I’ve always been able to trust, and it’s so refreshing.”
“I have worked with Madison Grimes for a few years, she is attentive and very helpful...she is always a pleasure to work with!”
- Jennifer Marion

In September, Smart City Networks proudly provided services for the ASNE Fleet Maintenance & Modernization Symposium (FMMS) at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. We delivered high-speed bandwidth to support registration and streaming needs, providing attendees with uninterrupted connectivity. The symposium fostered critical discussions between the Maritime Services, U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, industry experts, and more. With 200+ exhibits and dynamic educational sessions, the convention was a prime opportunity for networking and showcasing the latest elevator industry innovations.
For once, I’m at a loss for words. I set out to write this Jacoby’s Jabber to reflect on the importance of mentorship and to express my gratitude to those who have mentored me during my time at Smart City Networks. Yet, as I try to articulate my thoughts, I realize how challenging it is to capture the impact these individuals have had on me.
I could take the straightforward approach. I could thank Enric Escuer for teaching me that perfection is unattainable and that the real goal is continuous improvement. I could acknowledge Tim Wortman for shaping my time management skills, helping me to be more productive throughout my day. And I could certainly express my gratitude to Sarah Finnegan for showing me that not everyone needs to be a winner when I host office trivia games!
“I realize how challenging it is to capture the impact these individuals have had on me.”
While these are important lessons, mentorship is about so much more than just learning tips and tricks. It’s about the people behind those lessons, meaning their character, their leadership, and their approach to life. Watching how they lead, how they work, and how they treat others has been just as valuable as the lessons they’ve taught me. My mentors have not only shaped my professional growth but have also inspired me to be a better person. This is what makes the community at Smart City so special.
That sense of mentorship extends beyond my own experience. In traveling to various convention centers and meeting with General Managers, I’ve seen firsthand the passion they have for their teams. They are deeply invested in the success of their people. Smart City Networks is a large, intricate system of smaller teams, and it thrives because those at the top are committed to helping those who want to learn and grow.
“Watching how they lead, how they work, and how they treat others has been just as valuable as the lessons they’ve taught me.”
Ultimately, what a great mentor at Smart City teaches is how to care about our work, our colleagues, and, most importantly, our customers. I love that our company blends cutting-edge technology with a customer-first mindset. And mentorship plays a key role in maintaining that balance.
“Smart City Networks is a large, intricate system of smaller teams, and it thrives because those at the top are committed to helping those who want to learn and grow.”
“In the end, mentorship at Smart City isn’t just about learning—it’s about becoming better versions of ourselves, both professionally and personally.”
I’m reminded of this when I think about Keith McNeely, who is retiring after 45 years with the company. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with him one-on-one about Smart City’s rich history, but the real mentorship came from simply observing him. Walking with Keith and seeing how he interacts with his team and his building is nothing short of inspiring. It’s a quiet form of mentorship, one that shows how brightening someone’s day can have a lasting impact.
In the end, mentorship at Smart City isn’t just about learning—it’s about becoming better versions of ourselves, both professionally and personally. And for that, I am grateful.
In the spirit of community support and giving back, Smart City Networks’ teams at the San Diego Convention Center (SDCC) and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HBGCC) have recently demonstrated their commitment to helping others.
In August, Matt Chavez, General Manager at SDCC, participated in Operation Clean Sweep, an annual cleanup event organized by the San Diego Working Waterfront. This event fosters collaboration and camaraderie, allowing employees from different departments and companies along the bay to come together.
Meanwhile, General Manager Guillermo Huerta and the team at HBGCC in San Antonio took part in their own community service project, distributing 50 boxes of produce and dry goods to families in need at the Salvation Army
And in Florida, our Software Development team led by Rob Cartagine donated their time and energy to Feeding America, where they portioned, prepared meals and spent time slicing pot roast.
Smart City Business Principle #5. How do we know if a process needs improving? The answer: it always does. We can always get better. We strive continually to improve our processes, to help people do their jobs better, and to produce higher quality at a lower cost.
Recently, our most experienced Orange County Convention Center technicians—Steven Sepulveda, Brandon Cooper, and Christian DeJesus-Cruz worked alongside Matthew Toledo, Smart City Operations Supervisor, on an essential post-event maintenance and auditing project. Their collective efforts ensured that our facilities were fully prepared for upcoming events, showcasing our proactive approach to operational readiness.
During this critical process, the team adhered to important guidelines to guarantee that all equipment, including switches, UPS units, cables, and power strips, were not only correctly installed but also securely mounted and connected to racks or backboards. They meticulously checked for cleanliness, ensuring that all equipment was free of dust and debris, which is vital for maintaining optimal performance. Furthermore, the team took great care in verifying that all patch panels were accurately labeled, a step that enhances organization and simplifies future maintenance.
Additionally, they paid particular attention to the management of fiber cabling, ensuring that all connections were neat and properly routed. The technicians also confirmed that all unused fiber cables were equipped with protective end caps to prevent damage, reflecting their commitment to thoroughness and detail.
These efforts represent just a small piece of the overall work completed by the Orlando Technical Team. Their dedication not only reinforces our business principle of continuous improvement but also sets a standard of excellence in our operations.
At Smart City Networks, we are all about highlighting our rockstar team and their latest wins! First up, we want to give a huge shoutout to corporate’s Raquel Chavez, who recently passed her Certified Payroll Professional exam, and to Liliana Rios for earning her Bachelor of Science in Business.
Our Rapport Leadership grads are also making waves. Congrats to Necayla Lowery from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Mike Rose from the San Diego Convention Center, and Jenny Mezquita from the Orange County Convention Center, who all completed the Leadership Breakthrough One program this quarter. Their leadership journey equips them with the tools to enhance both personal growth and team dynamics, strengthening our operations nationwide.
On a company-wide scale, we also saw growth and success. Our Mid-year Business Review was a triumph, where we celebrated key milestones, set future goals, and reinforced our commitment to innovation and service excellence. This was followed by Manager’s Training at our Las Vegas corporate office, where managers from across the country came together for a week of in-depth learning, development, and team-building.
Keep up the amazing work, team!
At Smart City Networks, we are dedicated to helping our employees grow. The Promotional Evaluation Testing (PET) program was designed to enhance the promotional process for our Customer Service Support Representatives (CSSRs) and Technicians. One recent success story comes from Kristian Kammermeyer, a technician at the America’s Center Convention Complex in St. Louis.
Kristian’s primary goal for enrolling in the PET program was to earn a promotion to Tech II, as he aspires to eventually move into a Director of Operations or Operations Manager role. He wants to advance within Smart City, and the PET Program was the next step.
For those considering the PET program, Kristian’s advice is simple: Don’t be intimidated. “Smart City makes completing the program simple and straightforward,” Kristian said.
Kristian’s General Manager, Tommie Beltz, believed Kristian was ready for the PET program after observing his growth over the past year and a half. “His maturity and skills have developed, and I knew it was time,” Tommie said.
Tommie appreciated the program’s structure, which allowed Kristian to study and complete each test within a flexible timeframe. He also noticed that Kristian learned new skills, like fiber splicing, through the PET program.
Reflecting on the impact of the PET program, Tommie believes it demonstrates Smart City’s commitment to employee development. “It shows we care about helping our employees grow.”
Congratulations Kristian! Your success through the PET program showcases Smart City Networks’ commitment to developing a skilled workforce. We encourage all technicians and CSSRs looking to advance their careers to speak with their managers about participating in the program.
Our team is growing stronger! This quarter, Smart City Networks is excited to welcome a variety of skilled professionals to our team, bringing fresh talent to our partnered convention centers. From new technicians to event coordinators and customer service representatives, each new team member is will add to our overall mission. Their addition reflects our ongoing dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless event experiences. We can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make!

Jquandrei Ellis has done an exceptional job at improving communication with the venue and our customers. He meets with the event managers, and they have become a solid team with communicating any potential issues before they become major problems. Additionally, JQuandrei has also been training to improve his technical skills and is now able to install lines and program our services. With three different venues, JQuandrei adapts quickly in working with all types of events including live Broadway shows and concerts. Our client is extremely pleased with his performance, as am I. (Jim Snook, Regional Director)
Kristian Kammermeyer is the prime example of our Business Principal #3, “Its’s the People.” I receive great compliments about Kristian, he has built a great reputation with The America’s Center staff. He comes in every day smiling and ready to go. The past month he was the goto guy between events with any technical questions or issues. He is always willing to help when needed. With the upgrade going on here in St Louis, he stays on top of everything to make sure things get done in a timely manner! (Thomas ‘Tommie’ Beltz, General Manager)

Lily Piskunova has been an incredible team player during my onboarding, and as I learn my new role. She is adept in her teaching skills, and she ensures that all my questions are answered, and my worries are eliminated. She truly has been such a key part in ensuring I become a valuable part of this team, and in doing so, I have never been happier in my place of work. She is an irreplaceable member of this team, and she deserves to be celebrated and noticed. (Christina Brown, CSSR)
