WEST COAST FIBER TRAINING

The Anaheim Convention Center hosted a Corning fiber optic training session for Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Anaheim team members this quarter. Roy Otterson, a Technical Field Support Specialist with Corning, and a former Vista-United Telecommunications team member, trained attendees on fiber history, types, applications, handling and testing and more.

Attendees included Frank Cruz and Eleazar Martinez (Long Beach), Adolfo Ramirez, Earvin Claros, Danielle Castillo, David Daumit, Keely McGaffin and Henry De La Rosa (Los Angeles), and Jacob Huerta, Bill Heyer, Marco Fierro, Kevin Romero, Bryan Flores and Josh Poston (Anaheim). Special thanks to Ken Schmidt, our director of Regional Operations – Southwest, for arranging this on-site training for our teams.
