Team Triumphs

It’s the People

This business principle stands out as one of our most compelling, as it touches on so many aspects of who we are. At Smart City Networks, we pride ourselves on having a dedicated team, united by a shared commitment to providing the best service for our clients. Many of our team members have spent their entire careers believing in that mission. For example, earlier this year, we celebrated Keith McNeely’s 45th work anniversary, and now he’s preparing for his well-earned retirement.

At the same time, we’re always evolving—bringing in fresh talent with new perspectives to take us in exciting directions. This quarter, General Managers Mitch Hughes, Bill Duke, and David Bachler have transitioned to new locations, while Guillermo Huerta, Raymond Shelton, and Alexia Puckett have stepped into General Manager roles for the first time. Change like this brings fresh energy and drives us forward as we continue to embrace the future.

Speaking of growth, we’re proud to highlight another graduate of our Promotional Evaluation Testing (PET) program, Kristian Kammermeyer, who continues to show the kind of dedication and skill that drives our success. But our commitment to career advancement goes beyond individual achievements. This quarter, we also held our Mid-year Reviews and Managers’ Training, ensuring we continuously improve our processes and provide the support needed to help our team thrive and develop.

We also had incredible events at our partnered convention centers in recent months. Major shows like D23, the Miami Beach Auto Show, Gastech, and NATO have demonstrated the exceptional capabilities of Smart City Networks and the strength of our people. By collaborating closely with our partners and utilizing the skills of our outstanding team, we’ve continued to raise the bar for service and innovation in the industry.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to another successful Pinnacle issue. As we celebrate our many achievements, let’s not forget that it’s the people behind every success that truly make Smart City Networks what it is today!

To the top!
