No refunds or transfers will be made for cancellations received by the City less than 14 calendar days prior to the start of the program/class. There will be a $10 refund processing fee for EACH activity. We do NOT prorate refunds for any classes missed.
Our method of registration is designed to offer equal access to all San José residents.
Customers can register for any class at the PRNS facility or online.
The City does not guarantee participation from one session to the next. All online, walk-in, mailed, faxed registration will be treated in the same manner. San Jose residents will be given first priority to register. Registration forms will be processed in the order they were received. If a class instructor is absent or a class is canceled due to inclement weather, a make-up class will be added to the end of the session.
The City of San José, Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) encourages and supports the participation of individuals with all ability levels in programs and services.
