Club Membership Requirements:

A Whitetail Club membership is required for every home site in the Whitetail Club development.

Property Owner’s Association:

The Fairways owners are part of the Whitetail Property Owner’s Association (“POA”) just like all other property owners in Whitetail Club. The POA provides 24x7 security, public areas maintenance, road maintenance, and snow plowing of roads.

The Fairways owners are also part of the Fairways Neighborhood Association. Dues for this association have yet to be finalized. This neighborhood association provides all exterior maintenance for your townhome, yard landscape maintenance, driveway maintenance and snow plowing, and garbage collection.

Declarations, Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions for The Fairways:

Property ownership documents have been created and are available upon request.

• Can my friends and family use my townhome at no charge? Yes.

• Can I make any change to the specifications/plans, colors, anything? No.

• Can I buy the lot and not build or build something different? No.

• Can I buy the townhome and assign the membership to one of my children? Yes, per the terms of the Membership Plan, which has specific requirements.

• If I buy two townhomes side by side, can I combine them into one lot and only buy one membership? No. Two residences cannot occupy the same single-family residential lot in Whitetail Club (or McCall).
