HOLIDAY GATHERINGS

November2025

Dear Whitetail Club Members,

Thanks to those who were able to join us and brave the conditions during the Fall Classic this past month. The Par 3 contest was cut short due to lightning. The 2-Player Scramble was accompanied by multiple downpours. The Ball Buster saw snow, hail, sleet, rain, and then ultimately sunshine! Shout out to the Coronados for their scramble victory with a net score of 45. Yes, they both played incredible golf.

Before we look ahead to the winter months, I want to thank our incredible Membership and team for a wonderful season around the Club. We are blessed to welcome back over 60% of our seasonal teammates in 2026. It's a nod to you, as Members, and to our management team for making lifelong memories for our internal Members. This is a note from Raj at Whitetail Burger Company, "Whitetail is a special place because of the surroundings, but more importantly, it's because of the Membership and team. I look forward to coming back next summer for more memories." For more testimonials, see the Round-Up on page 8.

It's officially the fall version of mud season here in the mountains. As we anxiously wait for the white to pile up, Chef Marcus will conduct his bi-annual cooking class on November 8. Weather permitting, the resorts will open over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Join us in the Clubhouse for all the Turkey Day classics and fixins, or simply let us deliver the entire feast to your home! Please see the portal for more information.

The holidays are fast approaching, and we are excited to revamp how we celebrate the year and kick off the next with our first annual Winter Cocktail Party on New Year's Eve in the Clubhouse. We'll roll out all the stops, from carving stations to raw bars, accompanied with a hosted bar from 5:30 - 8pm. For complete details, see pages 4 - 5.

We cannot thank you enough for your continued outreach on behalf of our Club and community. This month, we welcome two new families, Jack and Katie Lunsford and Paul and Vicki Larson, to Whitetail Club. We look forward to introducing you all over the Holiday Season.

Cheers, Max

AT WHITETAIL CLUB

The Holiday Season Begins

Th ere is something special about the holiday season, especially at Whitetail Club. This is the season of laughter, warmth, festive spirit, and as autumn fades into winter, the holiday spirit takes hold in our community. It's a season that sets the stage for good food, cherished events, and a sense of togetherness that binds us all.

Later in the month, we can put our new skills to the test or make reservations, as Thanksgiving Dinner has two options this year. Gather with family and friends, over a scrumptious buffet at the Clubhouse, or opt for a convenient Thanksgiving To-Go. The à la carte Thanksgiving feast at the Clubhouse will feature classic favorites and some elevated offerings like Porcini Smoked Prime Rib and Seared Diver Scallops.

Our holiday festivities kick off with our seasonal Members Only Cooking Class led by the talented Chef Marcus. Together, we will watch a detailed demonstration and act as sous chefs for the evening. After the preparation, we will gather to enjoy our culinary creation paired with wine.

As the snow rolls in, we can kick off our Christmas festivities with the big man in red at our annual Breakfast with Santa. Then, keep the holiday spirit going at our Ugly Sweater Party, competing for this year’s title, making the evening full of festive fun. During our Gingerbread contest, members of all ages will come together to build, design, and laugh their way into the North Pole. This event will be filled with creativity and holiday cheer. Tables will be spread with frostings, candies, and endless imagination as families craft their unique gingerbread houses. It is a light-hearted, joy-filled tradition that brings out everyone and always ends with cool houses, full hearts, and plenty of smiles.

Not long after, we will be hosting our very first Private Ice-Skating Party at Manchester Ice-skating rink, which will perfectly capture the magic of McCall. Members! Lace up your skates and glide across the ice with family and friends, and don't worry if you don't have your own pair; the rink will provide you with some skates so everyone can join in on the fun. Whether you're spinning gracefully, holding the hands of loved ones, or enjoying hot chocolate, it will be a night that radiates joy and connection.

For the final night of 2025, you are invited to a New Year’s Eve Cocktail Party at The Clubhouse—the first in a new series of seasonal celebrations held twice a year to mark the beginning of winter and, starting in 2026, the summer season. This evening promises a festive atmosphere, refined flavors, and spirited company. Guests can expect culinary action stations showcasing exceptional offerings, including a Seafood Tower with King Crab, Crab Salad Shooters, Fresh Shucked Oysters as well as a Prime Tomahawk Station serving cuts carved to order. Plus enjoy premium wine and spirit tastings and a hosted bar from 5:30 – 8pm. Cocktail attire is encouraged—and the event is open to Members and their Guests aged 21 and over. You don’t want to miss this!

Specific events details can be found on page 7 as well as the Member Portal and app. Most reservations can be made online but can always be made by contacting the Concierge at 208.630.0245 or clubconcierge@whitetailclub.com

My experience at Whitetail Club was one of a kind. Firstly, I’d like to start by saying that the location that both properties are situated in is absolutely breathtaking, from the scenery to the lovely members I got to engage with on a daily basis, friendly managers and colleagues who always made work fun. I am excited and already looking forward to the 2026 summer season.
