Whitetail Club Members,
Thank you isn’t enough to Nick Korthals and the Golf Maintenance Team for the unparalleled effort in getting our golf course open this season. The golf course was snow covered for over 180 days (over 30 days longer than normal) and was followed by above average temperatures that greatly affected the normal run-off patterns. In short, the conditions were tough, but Nick’s team rose to the occasion to deliver opening day, and the greens are rolling true! Not to mention, Adam Mehrer and his residential service team have nearly 90 homes in our community that utilize their offerings, all of which have been spring cleaned and are ready for your family’s enjoyment.
It has been a quiet spring around the Club, allowing our teams to refine their processes, enhance our amenities, and deliver an incredible service experience this upcoming summer. We welcomed over 200 seasonal employees between Shore Lodge and Whitetail Club from all over the country and beyond. The behind-the-scenes teams, especially our Human Resources Department, often do not get recognized for their dedication to providing lifelong memories for our internal guests. Kaili Moss, Director of Human Resources has been with the company for nearly 20 years and our Housing Coordinator, Barbara Hopper was new to the role in April and went far and beyond to ensure our teams have a comfortable place to rest.
We have an incredible team as well as partners in the community that support our efforts. We recently completed the enhancement of our outdoor tennis & pickleball courts. Our Yurt is undergoing a face-lift with new side panels and the paver patio being completely replaced. Mountain bike trails are getting new features, new routes, and continual improvement across phase III, with a targeted opening later this summer. Let’s not forget the patio furniture – between 25 teammates from every department, two box trucks, three trucks and trailers, we combined our efforts to get our patios ready for Memorial Weekend in seven hours!
Payette Lake is finally at normal levels, and boats have been launched! We welcomed a new Malibu to our fleet this season, see photo on page 2, that is available for your enjoyment. As a reminder, we removed the 30-day booking restriction allowing you and yours to plan further ahead for the summer season! For large parties, our double decker pontoon and our captains are ready to serve you!
June kicks off our wellness programs and golf clinics. Please see pages 4 and 5 for further details and a brief bio of our wonderful instructors. Chef Marcus introduced new menus across the property this past month, and we have several weekends planned with theme night menus at Whitetail Burger Company starting June 20, see page 10 for more details.
For my fellow Fathers, cheers to you on June 15th and if you’re lucky enough to get a day away, please join us on the Jet Boat Tour on the 14th! Looking forward to a wonderful summer ahead and welcoming you all to the 2025 season.
Sincerely,
Max Riggs

Tee Time
Dear Whitetail Members,
We’re thrilled to be open for the 2025 season and welcome you back to Whitetail Club! The energy around the club has been fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier to see both returning and new faces enjoying the course. A big thank you to everyone who participated in our Season Opening Tournament—we had a record turnout, and it was the perfect way to kick off what promises to be an exciting season.
As we move into the heart of the golf calendar, we’re pleased to introduce Golf Genius for tournament and golf event registration, which will soon be available mid-June. With the quick adaptation to booking online for tee times and the golf studio, we are eager to introduce another convenience point at your fingertips. Summertime also brings our popular drop-in games, including Crew Games for the Men, Sandy Beaches for the Ladies, and Couples Golf on Sunday. These are great opportunities to connect with fellow members and enjoy friendly competition. If you want to work on your golf game, consider our clinics; see pages 4 & 5 for more information.
Remember, the Ladies Member-Guest is scheduled for July 9–11. Invitations have been sent, and registration is still open through June 19
We look forward to seeing you on the course and making the most of another fantastic season at Whitetail Club!
Sincerely,

Legacy Ranch
This month, we’re excited to unveil a new vision for mountain living with our Mountain Rustic design concepts—an inspired blend of natural beauty and architectural elegance. These thoughtfully designed concepts showcase what’s possible when building at Legacy Ranch.
Our expansive homesites offer the flexibility for multi-generational living, with room for multiple structures, long gated driveways, and personalized layouts. Drawing from the surrounding landscape, we’ve reimagined traditional features—transforming pools into serene ponds and incorporating turret-style elements that flood interiors with natural light.
Discover two exclusive homesites, each offering unique views, generous acreage, and distinct possibilities—all at the same price point. If you’re ready to design and build your dream home in a truly remarkable setting, contact us today to learn more about this rare opportunity.
Valleys & Mountains HOMESITE # 35
11.47 acres$1,200,000
Valleys & Mountains HOMESITE # 3
5.07 acres$1,200,000
This ridgetop homesite may have one of Phase 3’s premiere views. Idaho’s famed Seven Devil’s Mountain Range sits due west of this location, providing a view for the ages. This relatively flat site, with over 5.07 acres, offers buyers the ability to build multiple home types surrounded by ancient native pines. In the northern corner of this homesite lies the single-track, 10-kilometer mountain bike trail that runs throughout Whitetail Club, making it the perfect site for fitness enthusiasts.
Homesites
At just under 12 acres, this location is ready to accommodate your biggest dreams for a mountain estate. So, what’s on your list? A primary residence complete with a pool and individual cabanas? How about a private fitness studio in the property’s northern corner, complete with a private hiking trail? A significant secondary residence where your extended family can live alongside you? These are just some ideas that can be built on this site. What will you bring to the drawing table?
