Chamber Showcases Best of Mason County

Don't miss out on all the fun! Save the date for Friday, July 18 to enjoy the Chamber’s annual Expo & Bite of Mason County in downtown Shelton. The event runs from 11:30a to 6:30p and offers a full afternoon of food, local vendors, and community connection. Admission and parking are free.

Visitors can expect a variety of booths featuring local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and service providers. Restaurants and food trucks will offer small bites priced between $1 and $6, making it easy to sample a range of local flavors. Many booths will also include games, raffles, or giveaways to keep things interactive and fun.

The event is designed to be welcoming for all ages. Children’s activities, casual seating, and shaded areas offer space to relax while exploring what local vendors have to offer. Attendees are invited to vote for their favorites in the Best Booth and Golden Fork contests, which highlight creativity and crowd appeal.

Whether you're a longtime resident or just passing through, the Expo & Bite of Mason County makes it easy to experience what makes our community unique. It’s a great way to discover new businesses, reconnect with familiar faces, and learn about upcoming programs and services. Many attendees use the event as a chance to network, gather ideas, or simply enjoy a summer afternoon downtown. With something happening on every block, there’s no shortage of things to see, try, and enjoy.

Last year’s event boasted nearly 100 booth spaces and a dozen food vendors, and this year is bound to be packed with even more fare and fun!
