Into UltraSpace
This October, we sent our Unlimited Plans into orbit. Uncapped Unlimited unveiled no data caps on Ultra Unlimited and Ultra Unlimited+ Plans! Customers were over the moon to learn that they can now talk, text and stream all the 5G • 4GLTE data they want.
BRAND MUSCLE
We flexed our Ultra-muscles and made customizing and purchasing marketing materials easier than ever before with the launch of Ultra BrandBuilder. From custom signage to our signature ultraviolet swag, Retailers were able to strengthen Ultra Mobile’s presence in their stores.
STAYING CONNECTED IN MEXICO
We also launched our $5 Go Roam Mexico Data Pass which provides 5GB of High-Speed data for 30 days.
OPENING UP YOUR WORLD WITH BONUS MINUTE PACKS
Your Customers also chatted and texted to more international destinations than ever, thanks to our new Bonus Minute Packs. We gave Customers on 15GB and higher plans more INTL minutes to more destinations at no extra cost! Ultras can connect to what matters most in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Nigeria and Egypt – that’s connection without compromise!
STOPPING SCAMMERS
Ultra stepped up its security measures this year by launching Scam Screener. Displaying “Scam Likely” in the caller ID field, this new feature warns Ultras of incoming predatory calls and continues to protect your Customers from unwanted attacks. Ultras also gained the option to enable SIM Protect. To ensure the safety of our Independent Wireless Retailers, we made improvements to your Retailer Portal this year. Now you’re even safer when activating Ultra Mobile for new Customers and performing SIM swaps on secure devices.


UltraMonumental Moments
PURPLE MIXED WITH MAGENTA
This year Ultra Mobile joined the T-Mobile family! Being on the nation’s largest, fastest and most reliable 5G network has taken Ultra Mobile to the next level with new features like Uncapped Unlimited and Scam Screener. With T-Mobile and our Retailers leading the way, the future is looking Ultra-bright (and magenta)!
Community Impact

TURKEY TALK
Ultra experienced its highest volume call day on November 22, the day before Thanksgiving. Over 12 million minutes were logged on approximately 3 million calls! We’re thankful to have helped families stay connected during the holidays.

Every year, our Compensation Program gives you higher upfront spiffs that are paid instantly. But this year we introduced our Launch Day 100% Bonus Incentive to help you earn even more each month, still available until 12/31/24!
END-OF-YEAR $25 PORT-IN BONUS
Because we want to end the year on the highest note possible, we are offering a Port-In Bonus. That’s a $25 Port-In Bonus Incentive on all Ultra Unlimited Plans Activations. So cruise in 2025 with even more earnings.

We can’t recap this year without our Retailers! Each year brings unexpected moments and events, so we wanted to celebrate all of the unexpected good that happened this year to our Retailers. These moments may have been unplanned but they still manage to bring a smile to our face when we look back.

What’s the most unexpected thing that’s brought a smile to your face this year?
Having my own business and being able to sell ultra that makes my life easier as an owner was an unexpected surprise this year.

One unexpected thing that brought a smile to my face this year was receiving a heartfelt letter from an old friend. We hadn’t spoken in years, and their message was filled with fond memories and updates about their life. It was a beautiful reminder of the connections we can have, even after time apart. Moments like these can truly brighten our day and make us appreciate the relationships we have.
