Meet the Activate Crew.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Meet Edelmy Conde! He’s a Senior Account Executive at Ultra Mobile and is a central part of ensuring that Ultra is a main player in the independent wireless space. And he does all of it from South Florida! Read on to learn more about him and why he thinks his home would be described as a green bean casserole.

What’s your role at Ultra Mobile?

I am an Account Executive for Ultra Mobile and Mint Mobile. I’m responsible for growing both brands through two channels: Independent Wireless and National Retail. Being in the company for 11 years, I have had the privilege of seeing this company grow from a small organization to being a part of T-Mobile.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time reading. I read about several topics, but the main one is philosophy because that was my major. In my free time, I try every day to have a better understanding of this ever-changing world we are living in.

My other passion is visiting the national parks. My family and I love this as much as going to the big cities. There is nothing compared to having a morning coffee contemplating the majesty of Acadia National Park from the little town of Bar Harbor in Maine.

If you had to describe your home as a Thanksgiving dish, what would it be?

i.e. My home is butternut squash soup because it’s warm and cozy. My home will be a green bean casserole. I think, in a way, this dish sums up my life. I was born in Cuba; growing up, I remember going in the early foggy mornings with my grandpa to pick up the fresh young pods of green beans from the garden he had in the back of his old colonial house. With the green bean casserole, we honor our heritage and this country as well.
