COMMUNITY WORKSHOP One public workshop was held for residents to participate in helping shape the overall vision and plan. The meeting was advertised throughout the community by utilizing a city-wide press release, targeted email invitations and the City’s social media sites. The public workshop was conducted on Wednesday October 22, 2014 at Franklin City Hall.
