CLOUD 9 DELI 9 Gauze Street, Paisley Patricia Dickson is the proud owner of Cloud 9 Deli after taking over this Gauze Street takeaway three years ago. “My goal has always been to have a good takeaway cafe that served nice fresh food and I just loved the location,” said Patricia. “My background has always been food, I studied professional cookery for four years so anything food related is my passion and I hope to reflect that in the food we sell.

“I made the decision to start offering catering during lockdown as we lost so much of our custom due to the pandemic as most of our customers were office based.” “We have catered for weddings, funerals, all kind of parties and large events,” added Patricia. “We have even had a request for just a full tray of cucumber wraps, nothing else on them. “I always try to be a bit different in terms of style and packaging I use and I try to always make the food the most attractive it can be as I am a big believer that people eat with their eyes first.” Patricia has definitely seen an increase in people looking to celebrate
