Get packed, get set, go

With the world finally opening once more for travel, holidays are once again on the horizon. But don’t panic if you are leaving it last minute to get booked. We’ve been speaking to Jayne Hulley, manager of Stewart Travel Paisley, for her top tips for travel this summer.

“Stewart Travel opened in Paisley in 1989 and as we were an independent agent, the shop was a success from day one,” said Jayne. “We then relocated to our new premises on the High Street almost five years ago and since then, the branch has gone from strength to strength.

“We’ve definitely been really busy as people are looking to book bigger holidays because they haven’t really been able to travel for two years. “Cruising is massive at the moment and we are also seeing a big increase in holidays to the USA but the firm favourites like Tenerife, Benidorm and Turkey are still strong contenders. I absolutely loved Mauritius when I went with work a few years ago.”

And the word on the street from the experts is not to panic if you are looking to get away but haven’t yet booked anything yet.

“We have seen a massive increase in people wanting to book Local with a trusted travel agent and I think that’s in no small way down to our work looking after our clients throughout COVID.
