All Occupants Pinned Beneath Car As It Strikes Bridge Abutement. Miss M'i ldred K . Moore, a fre shman in the college, lies in a serious condi tion in Mercy Hospital in Columbu as the re-suit of an auto wreck which o:cur ed Saturday afternoon at the Alum Creek bridge on the 3 C's high way. Miss Moore wa s on her way to Cchimbus w ibh her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs., W . E. Coler, o f Mari o n wJ1en the accident occured. Miss Moore suffered a double frac ture of the pelvis bone, a broken rib , and numerous laceration and 'b rui es o f th e face. Mr. oler may hav e con cussion o f the brain , ho pital auth or tate. Mrs. Coler ha only minor Moore, who wa· driving the edan, upon approaching the brid"e noticed another ca r abo ut to enter. She suddenly applied bhe brake caus in g the car to skid on the wet pave ment and strlike the abutment of the bridge. The car turned over on its ide, pinning all of the occupants beneath it.
