publisher’s note
The following article was written by ChatGPT. The only prompt I gave was this:
“Write a 300-400 word Publisher’s Note article for Real Producers magazine on how real estate agents should embrace artificial intelligence in their business.”
Here is what came out…
“Title:
Dear Readers,
Artificial intelligence has made significant strides in recent years, revolutionizing various sectors, and real estate is no exception. The integration of AI tools and platforms offers unparalleled opportunities for agents to enhance their business practices, improve efficiency, and provide exceptional value to their clients.
One of the key advantages of AI in the real estate industry is its ability to analyze vast amounts of data quickly and accurately. With AI-powered algorithms, agents can streamline their property search process, identify relevant listings based on client preferences, and even predict market trends and pricing fluctuations. This empowers agents to offer tailored recommendations, saving valuable time for both themselves and their clients.
Moreover, AI can automate mundane tasks such as paperwork, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries, enabling agents to focus on high-value activities requiring expertise and personal touch. This increased efficiency not only boosts productivity but also enhances the overall client experience, leading to higher satisfaction and increased referrals.
AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants are also transforming the way real estate agents interact with their clients. These intelligent bots can engage in natural language conversations, answer common queries, and provide 24/7 support. By leveraging AI in
customer service, agents can ensure prompt responses, efficient lead nurturing, and improved communication, ultimately leading to stronger client relationships.
Additionally, AI can aid in accurate property valuations by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and property characteristics. Agents can leverage this information to price properties competitively, negotiate better deals, and provide clients with accurate estimations of their property’s worth. This level of precision not only instills confidence in clients but also positions agents as trusted advisors in the market.
However, embracing AI does not mean replacing the human touch; rather, it enhances it. Real estate agents bring invaluable interpersonal skills, market expertise, and negotiation prowess to the table. AI serves as a powerful tool that empowers agents to elevate their capabilities and provide unparalleled service to clients.
As AI becomes more and more prevalent, we encourage you to explore the latest AI technologies and discover how they can transform your real estate business. Embrace the power of artificial intelligence and unlock new opportunities to thrive in an ever-evolving industry.
Wishing you continued success in your real estate endeavors!”

Forty years ago, I attended my first real estate event when my grandmother was installed as President of her REALTOR® association. My dad, her son-in-law, followed in her footsteps, becoming President of that same association ten years later. Both dedicated their careers not only to running successful real estate brokerages but to volunteering for the REALTOR® association.
When I began working for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® ten years ago, I assumed that every REALTOR® was as connected to the association as my family had been. It didn’t take long for me to realize that wasn’t the case. Many of our members, busy with the daily grind of closing deals, feel disconnected from the association. It can often seem like an impersonal institution, more of a governing body than a supportive partner. That’s not acceptable to me, and it’s certainly not what we strive for at MetroTex.
In the coming months, our industry will face significant challenges with new forms, policies, and heightened client
expectations. At MetroTex, we want to help you navigate these hurdles and emerge stronger. You might be asking, how? It’s a long answer—longer than I have time for here. But it all boils down to this—we must connect. We need to reach out. We need to listen. We need to understand. And when all that’s done, we need to deliver the programming and services that help you be more successful.
Reflecting on that first event forty years ago, I never imagined I would one day lead MetroTex, the 5th largest REALTOR® association in the nation. Yet, here we are, and I couldn’t be more excited to contribute to an industry that has given me so much. We have an opportunity in front of us to help redefine real estate for the next generation. You impact your clients’ lives daily, and our commitment at MetroTex is to make a significant difference in yours.
Thank you for your dedication to the real estate profession and for being a part of our community. Together, we will continue to make Dallas/Fort Worth the best place in the country to buy and sell real estate.

What makes John and Jennifer Quinones a dynamic duo on the North Fort Worth real estate scene? Dedication, trust, and family values. As the powerhouse behind the Quiñones Real Estate Team, their journey is a compelling story of love, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to relationships and each other.
John, a fifth-generation Texan from South Texas, and Jennifer, who moved from Los Angeles to Texas seven years ago, have always prioritized family. “We are both the eldest in our families, and we really believe in family as well. It is important to cherish your family. You will only get so much time with them,” John reflects. This shared belief has been the cornerstone of their personal and professional lives.
Their paths first crossed in an unexpected place—a Golden Corral restaurant. John was the training manager, and Jennifer was a new recruit in the program. “We didn’t like each other at first,” John recalls with a chuckle. However, as fate would have it, they grew closer after Jennifer completed the training. Two years later, in 2020, they tied the knot, and recently, they welcomed twin boys into their family on May 29th.
John’s journey into real estate began in 2019, driven by a desire to create a lasting legacy for his family. “While working in the food industry, I was making money for others and not myself. I wanted to build a legacy,” he explains. Encouraged by friends who
had successfully transitioned from the restaurant business to real estate, John took the plunge, attending Champions School of Real Estate and going full-time just two months later. Initially hesitant due to the uncertainties brought by COVID-19, Jennifer soon followed to support her husband and contribute to the business.
The early days were tough, especially with the onset of the pandemic. “COVID was one of the bigger challenges. Having twins can also be challenging, but that gets easier with time. With COVID, it was unknown—you are going into darkness,” John reflects. Despite these hurdles, they persevered. By the third quarter of 2020, they noticed the market picking up, and their diligent efforts began to pay off.
Today, the Quinones Real Estate Team is synonymous with exceptional service and strong client relationships. “Our motto is ‘Service above all.’ We are passionate about making people happy,” Jennifer shares. Their dedication to clients goes beyond transactions. They establish open lines of communication, pay special attention to each client’s needs, and often find themselves invited to social functions by their clients to celebrate life’s milestones together. “The friendships and bonds we build are the most rewarding part of our business,” Jennifer adds.
Their success isn’t just measured in numbers, though their achievements are impressive. They have closed over 175 units, totaling $75 million in gross
commission income. Last year alone, they achieved Quadruple Gold status and placed first in their office for Group with the most units closed and GCI.
Real estate fits seamlessly into their broader life goals. For John, it is about expanding their team and creating opportunities for others. “I have the vision to grow the team and get more agents. This year, we hired a director of operations. Our goal is to hit 125 units. We have expanded into East Texas and back into Waco, where I already had a presence,” he shares. Jennifer sees real estate as a means to secure their family’s future.
“Having a family fits into real estate. We are growing into investment properties and having other ROI streams,” she notes.
Their favorite part of being REALTORS®? “Seeing the happiness in other families knowing they are getting the dream home they have always wanted. They make the process easy for their clients,” John says. This joy is what defines success for them: “Success is being able to
help those families and have the joy, but at the same time, building the friendship and they are still thanking you for your services,” Jennifer elaborates.
The Quinones have faced personal challenges that have reinforced their commitment to cherishing family. John lost his father in 2021, and Jennifer lost her grandparents. These losses have deepened their appreciation for their time with their loved ones.
“When you have loved ones pass in such a short time, you treasure the time you have with your loved
ones you have now,” Jennifer reflects.
As they look to the future, John and Jennifer Quinones remain grounded in their values and driven by their goals. They continue to thrive in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which they believe is brimming with opportunities. “DFW has so much abundance of opportunities, and we see people migrating here. It will continue to grow,” John predicts.
Ultimately, the legacy they are building is not just about the homes they sell but the lives they touch. Their story is a testament to the power of perseverance, the importance of relationships, and the enduring strength of family, paving the way for the next generation.

Beth Gaskill is a top-tier real estate agent and stands as a pillar of generosity and community spirit. For Beth, real estate is more than a profession— it’s a mission to invest in people and a passion to help their dreams come true. Beth and her husband begin mornings praying for each client they are working with, asking God to show up and show off in the lives of their people and each member of their team. Beth believes there are miracles all around us, and if we take a moment to pause, we will notice God’s profound provision and blessings.
A HUMBLE BEGINNING WITH GRAND ASPIRATIONS
Beth grew up in Boardman, Ohio, raised by the “mom” and “dad” chosen just for her! Beth was born to a single, 17-year-old girl who made the selfless decision to place her up for adoption, giving Beth two great gifts—the first being the gift of life and the second being the chosen daughter of a couple who had waited 13 years for a child. As Beth says, “It’s not always who you are born to, but who you are born for.” This foundational belief in the power of love and generosity has driven her throughout her life.
Beth is a proud graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School in Youngstown, Ohio, a school known for championship football teams. During her sophomore year at Kent State University, Beth suffered the sudden loss of her mom to heart disease. Taking a sabbatical from college to care for her dad, Beth went back to college to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Life Education. During this time of coping with the
loss of her mom, she met Jack, whose romantic gesture of flying her to Cleveland to view Christmas lights from the sky marked the beginning of their lifelong love story, celebrating 42 years of marriage this past June.
The decision to venture into real estate was easy. The motivation was Jack! Beth had a distinguished 10-year teaching career, earning accolades as District Teacher of the Year and Texas Regional Teacher of the Year. Her innovative approach to physical education, incorporating sign language and health education, left a lasting impact on her students. But career choices gave Beth and Jack little time together. Jack retired at 49 years old and wanted to spend more time with Beth, so they began their family legacy!
In August 2007, Beth made the courageous move into real estate, a decision that coincided with the market crash immortalized in “The Big Short.” Undeterred, she persevered, believing that “a great agent will always do well—the market does not define the agent.” This resilience paid off as she quickly rose to become a leading figure in the industry.
Beth’s real estate success is a true family endeavor. Her daughter, Amy, joined her to form The Gaskill Group, and together, they have become the #1 Producing and Top Listing Luxury Team for the past 11 years at Keller Williams Realty Dallas Metro North as well as the #3 KW team in the region. Beth’s husband, Jack, is a licensed assistant, affectionately known by clients as “The House Whisperer.” Her son-in-law, Brian, manages staging and house preparation, while her son, Matt, leverages his tech expertise to enhance their media presence. This all-in family approach has strengthened their business and deepened their family bonds in serving others on a daily basis.
Beth shares, “We have one brief opportunity, a lifetime on earth, to use our resources to make a difference in the lives of others.”
The Gaskill family supports eight missionaries, has built two churches—one in India and one in Sri Lanka—and has funded several water wells. Beth’s passion for giving back goes back to their early years when
she and Jack would take their young children to work in the inner city, teaching them how to serve by meeting others at their point of need. This experience left an indelible mark on their family, and later, both of their children served in the mission field.
For Beth, success begins with the mindset of living your life for the lives of others. Beth states, “Invest wisely! Invest money, time, and energy into people, not things.” Her favorite part of being a REALTOR® is being part of her clients’ home stories, helping them through various life chapters. “No matter what chapter of their life story they are currently in, our family wants to be remembered as a consistent support, offering a lifetime warranty of service to them,” she says. Beth teaches others through stories to encourage, impact, and applaud the character of the incredible people she works for.
Boating, fishing, and being on the water are things Beth and her family enjoy together. “We currently have a paddle boat, paddle boards, fishing boat, and everyone’s favorite floating home,
christened with the name “Legacy!” Beth loves sharing her family’s love for boating by celebrating with friends and clients, taking sunset cruises on Legacy with multiple generations of families that have all trusted them year after year to help with their real estate adventures.
Beth Gaskill’s legacy is one of living generously and investing in people. Her family’s involvement in the business,
their deep community ties, and their commitment to giving back exemplify her belief that “the difference we make in people’s lives can outlive our lives.”
In a world often focused on individual success, Beth’s story is a refreshing reminder of the power of generosity and connection. Her life and career inspire all who believe in the transformative power of investing in others.
FUN FACT: Beth and her daughter, Amy, are writing a book together focusing on family, people and their business expertise. An excerpt from their book reads: “WHY do I Iove this crazy, wild, and wonderful real estate business? Because I work beside the most amazing people—my family.”
Gladys Parke’s story is one of resilience, passion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. From a young girl in Guatemala to a top real estate agent in North Fort Worth, Gladys’s journey is as inspiring as it is impressive.
Born in Dallas, Texas, Gladys spent much of her childhood in Guatemala City with her grandmother and older brother. “I recall seeing my grandmother conduct real estate business transactions and build homes throughout my childhood,” she reminisces. These early experiences with her grandmother and entrepreneurial aunt, who managed various businesses, sparked Gladys’s interest in business management. “I attribute a lot of my business and sales skills to these two great women in my life,” she reflects.
At 16, Gladys moved back to the United States with her mother, intending to complete her high school education. However, life had other plans. Gladys’s path took an unexpected turn after the premature birth of her first son. “I did not know what I was going to do with my life yet, but I knew I loved business management,” she recalls. An opportunity in the multifamily industry soon presented itself, marking the beginning of a career spanning decades.
Gladys quickly found her footing in the multifamily sector, learning and growing with every role she took on. “I absolutely loved it. I absorbed as much as I could and moved up, working for several big multifamily management companies,” she says. Despite the demands of a full-time job, being a single mom, and attending
college full-time, Gladys decided to pursue her real estate license in 2015. By 2017, she had enough clients to leave her 9-to-5 job and fully focus on her new business.
GLADYS IS ONE OF THE MOST DRIVEN AND HARDEST WORKING AGENTS I’VE MET. THERE IS NOTHING SHE WON’T DO FOR A CLIENT. SHE CONSISTENTLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND, AND HER CLIENTS LOVE AND REFER HER FOR IT!
JASON BELL, SALES LEADER
In 2012, Gladys met Garrett W. Parke III, who would become her husband in 2018. Together, they embarked on a new venture, Parke Realty Group, LLC, buying, remodeling, and selling homes. “It was a lot of work managing both businesses simultaneously, but I was doing what I absolutely loved, so that made it a lot easier,” Gladys explains. Despite market changes prompting a temporary pause in their remodeling business in 2023, the skills and knowledge gained from this venture have been invaluable to her real estate career.
Now, with nine years as a licensed realtor and 24 years in the industry, Gladys has established herself as a trusted and knowledgeable agent in the North Fort Worth area. “Helping people strategize to successfully sell their property so they can move to their next chapter in life, and helping people create a plan to successfully invest in their new real estate property—whether it is their primary home or investment property—is something I am extremely passionate about,” she shares.
The most rewarding part of her work, Gladys says, is seeing the joy and satisfaction on her clients’ faces. “Seeing the joy and satisfaction on my clients’ faces when they find the perfect home or achieve a successful sale is incredibly fulfilling,” she says. Building strong relationships, understanding clients’ needs, and guiding them through significant life decisions have been the cornerstones of her success. This client-centric approach has earned her numerous accolades, including being recognized as a Top Realtor in Best of D Magazine and receiving the Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professional award.
Balancing her professional and personal life has been challenging, but Gladys’s dedication to her family has always been a priority. “Growing up away from my mother
and siblings was difficult as a child, so I am always looking for opportunities for my family to spend meaningful time together as I have learned over the years that this is key to creating loving relationships” she says. Her children are her pride and joy, and she cherishes the time spent with them, whether it’s the little moments, the big moments, the big milestones, working in the garden, vacationing, or simply creating memories.
Gladys’s advice for up-and-coming real estate professionals emphasizes persistence, education, and building strong relationships. “Stay consistent, have a plan & follow it, stay educated, be honest and ethical, and don’t give up,” she advises. Her approach to real estate is characterized by a commitment to personalized service, market expertise, and effective communication. “I offer highly personalized service, taking the time to understand each client’s specific needs, preferences, and goals,” she notes.
As she looks to the future, Gladys dreams of building a legacy for her family. “My biggest dream is to build a respected brand/business that my kids can benefit from in the future,” she says. With her dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence, there’s no doubt that Gladys Parke will continue to leave an indelible mark on the real estate industry.
You’ve probably never heard a friend or colleague say, “I can’t wait to go home so I can do my taxes!” But there is a duo whose mission transcends mere accounting and tax services—it’s about helping people achieve financial freedom. Meet Chris and Gagan Hibbard, the dynamic couple behind Gagandeep K Hibbard CPA, PLLC, where excellence meets integrity, and clients learn to win with money.
Their journey began with a chance encounter halfway across the globe. “Gagan is from northern India, where she earned her MBA and became a Subject Matter Expert for Accenture,” Chris explains. “We first met when Gagan outsourced my job to India. Five months later, we were married.”
From that serendipitous moment, Chris and Gagan embarked on a shared journey of growth and transformation. “We worked during the day and paid for school at night until Gagan became a CPA in 2015,” Chris recalls. “That’s when Gagandeep K Hibbard CPA PLLC was born, and I finished my MBA in 2016 and became a CPA in 2018.”
Chris and Gagan both specialize in financial accounting and IRS representation for their clients. “Gagan especially
serves people well in helping them with all of their accounting (and bookkeeping) needs,” says Chris. “She’s well-respected by other accountants (and bookkeepers) who rely on her coaching on how to best serve their clients.” Chris specializes in tax strategy surrounding financial planning, such as estate tax, retirement planning, financial coaching, and business and individual taxes. Their vision for their CPA firm was clear from the outset—to redefine the role of CPAs as not just tax preparers but as trusted advisors in wealth building and financial planning. “We seek to change the status quo of the CPA industry,” Chris asserts. “CPAs are best able to help people win financially and should be able to properly guide people to build wealth.”
At the heart of their practice, lies a commitment of excellence to their clients. “We always act with unmatched

Paula Bradley’s journey from Denton, Texas, to becoming a top real estate agent in North Fort Worth is a story of resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to giving back. Raised in a town known for its rich history and close-knit community, Paula’s roots have always been deeply embedded in the spirit of helping others. After graduating from Billy Ryan in 1998 and a couple years of college, she soon found herself in the fast-paced world of logistics, working full- time as an account manager for CEVA Logistics and DHL Global Forwarding. However, it wasn’t until May 2015 that Paula discovered her true calling—real estate.
“When I transitioned into real estate, I wanted to help families achieve their dreams. Seeing the joy on their faces when they find their perfect home is the most rewarding part of my job,” Paula shares. This passion is evident in her approach to business, where she prioritizes long-term relationships and acts as a trusted advisor throughout her clients’ journeys. Her involvement in the community further amplifies her impact, contributing to the growth and development of North Fort Worth through real estate.
But Paula’s path hasn’t been without its challenges. The real estate market’s ups and downs demand
constant adaptation, and managing client expectations requires a delicate balance. “Navigating these challenges is a testament to my resilience and dedication,” she reflects. Indeed, her ability to overcome adversity is part of what sets her apart.
The biggest challenge Paula faced was deeply personal—the loss of her mother. “Losing my mother was incredibly hard. Navigating through this challenging period while starting my real estate career tested my focus and motivation. Yet, this experience deepened my understanding of life’s value, making my desire to give back even more profound and meaningful.”
This commitment to giving back extends beyond her professional responsibilities. rp vetted business spotlight
In the DFW metroplex,
K&M Services Roofing and Construction stands out not just as a business but as a shining example of family values and community commitment. At the helm of this esteemed local enterprise is Mike Kellner, Owner and General Manager, whose journey into the roofing and construction industry spans over three and a half decades. With a team that includes his wife, Kellie, son, Michael II, and daughter, Morgan, K&M Services epitomizes what it means to be family-oriented and built on a foundation of reliability and trust.
Mike Kellner’s path to founding K&M Services was anything but conventional. Originating from Connecticut, Mike’s early career as an auto mechanic paved the way for his eventual foray into construction. “I started my own business, Kellner Contracting, back in 1988,” he recalls. This venture laid the foundation for what would become a lifetime commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
In 1998, a chance meeting with Kellie in Cancun changed the course of Mike’s life. This serendipitous encounter
brought him to Texas, where the two would combine their lives and their expertise—Mike’s in construction and Kellie’s in real estate—into a formidable business partnership.
At K&M Services, family isn’t just a part of the business; it is the business. “Our family-oriented approach sets us apart,” Mike emphasizes. “We treat every project with the utmost care, just as we would for our own family’s home.”
Kellie Kellner, with over 20 years of real estate experience, brings a unique perspective to the company. Her expertise allows K&M to seamlessly handle inquiries from REALTORS® and understand the intricacies of property transactions. Their son, Michael II, embodies the next generation’s dedication to excellence, while their daughter, Morgan, ensures the smooth running of office operations.
In addition to the Kellner family, the K&M Services team is the backbone of their success. “Each member brings unique skills and expertise, ensuring we deliver the high-quality results we are known for,” Mike explains. From their core team of office staff and sales and project management team to their highly-skilled craftsmen, the people behind K&M Services demonstrate expertise and commitment to quality workmanship to ensure the high-quality results that their clients expect and deserve. “Our team at K&M Services Roofing and Construction is dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients,” Mike adds. “Each member plays a crucial role in ensuring we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.”
Comprehensive Services with a Personal Touch
K&M Services offers a wide range of restoration services, including roof repairs, gutter installations, fence repairs, painting, and interior damage repairs. “We specialize in inspecting and identifying wind, hail, and water damage to properties,” Mike explains. This meticulous approach ensures properties are restored to their pre-loss condition, providing clients with peace of mind.
“Our goal is to provide top-notch restoration services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction,” says Mike. This commitment is reflected in their motto, “Restoring Peace of Mind, One Home at a Time,” which encapsulates their dedication to quality restoration and client care.
Our commitment to completing a job is to strive to deliver on our promise of quality and reliability in every project we undertake.
One of the unique strengths of K&M Services lies in its deep understanding of the insurance industry. Mike’s 15 years as a catastrophic insurance adjuster, dealing with events like Hurricane Katrina and Superstorm Sandy, have endowed him with invaluable insights. “We work closely with insurance carriers to ensure that all damages are accurately assessed and adequately compensated,” Mike shares. This expertise allows K&M to advocate effectively for their clients, ensuring no damages are missed or underpaid.
At the heart of K&M Services’ success is its passion for building strong, lasting relationships with its customers and referral partners. “Our commitment to completing a job is to strive to deliver on our promise of quality and reliability in every project we undertake,” Mike asserts. This focus on trust and communication has earned it a loyal customer base and a robust network of referral partners.
For the Kellners, work and family life blend seamlessly. “We don’t believe in work-life balance because balance implies equal parts, which is impossible to achieve,” Mike explains.
“Instead, we strive for work-life harmony, where both aspects work together seamlessly. When you love what you do, it never feels like work.”
The family enjoys spending time together, whether attending Dallas Stars games, going to drag racing events, or having family cookouts.
“We love to integrate our professional and personal lives, making every experience meaningful and enjoyable,” Mike says.
With plans to open two additional regional locations, K&M Services is poised for growth. “We are working on a branch model for K&M and expect to expand our footprint,” Mike reveals. This expansion is a testament to their success and their
unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service.
For top-producing REALTORS® and real estate agents, K&M Services is a trusted partner. “Our extensive experience in insurance adjusting and real estate provides unparalleled insight and skill in property restoration,” Mike says. REALTORS® can rely on K&M for thorough inspections, accurate repair assessments, and a seamless, stress-free experience for their clients.
In conclusion, K&M Services Roofing and Construction is more than just a business. It’s a family legacy built on trust, expertise, and a deep commitment to their community. With their blend of experience, personal touch, and comprehensive services, they truly restore peace of mind, one home at a time.

Our North Fort Worth Real Producers 2024 Toast to the Top 500 event was a smashing success! Like most of our North Fort Worth social events, there were over 125 in attendance and over $1.5 BILLION in production sold by the agents in the room. Not too shabby!
This event was held at Las Colinas Country Club and would not have been possible without Nick Drescher with Edge Home Finance, who was our evening’s Host Sponsor!
Thanks to all the agents and RP Vetted Businesses for making Real Producers the most elite real estate community in DFW.
