clients, Eric has had to be resourceful. Unlike large, nationwide brokerages, he doesn’t have the advantage of tapping into an expansive network of off-market listings or mass marketing campaigns. “Everything I do is manual,” he admits. “But that’s part of what makes The Fort Real Estate special. The relationships we’ve built—they’re real, and they’re earned.”
Success, for Eric, isn’t just about closing deals or hitting sales targets. It’s about trust. “To me, success is building a reputation where my clients trust me implicitly, knowing that I have guided them through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.” It’s about consistency—showing up every day with integrity, learning the market, and continually striving to be better.
Through it all, real estate has given Eric the one thing that mattered most to him—time with his family. “I can structure my schedule around baseball games, movie nights, and vacations. My time is the most valuable thing to me, and I want to make sure I spend it with those who matter most.”
Eric Duran has remained true to who he is—a man of service, dedication, and strong values. And through Fort Worth real estate, he’s building something special—a legacy of integrity.
“I LOVE HELPING OTHERS SUCCEED BECAUSE I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN THE VALUE IT HAS BEEN TO ME.”

“WE ARE A FAITHDRIVEN GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WITH THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING POSITIVE CHANGE AROUND US.”

Partnering with some suppliers on his trips to Asia and South America, and also with his family’s business of fashion jewelry manufacturing, they quickly found traction.
Greg and his now wife, Rebecca, moved back to her hometown of Dallas, Texas, where obvious booming trends were taking place, and because of travel necessities at the time, Dallas made more logistical sense. Motivated to now build his future in Texas, Greg exited his positions in the real estate and aviation businesses and shifted his time and resources to this new undertaking.
Due to opportune market shifts, network marketing and direct sales was at an
all-time hype in Brazil, mainly due to surging unemployment. As now CEO of this entity, with a solid business model, competitive compensation plan, and high-quality products, they quickly gained traction, employing over 100 individuals, attracting over 30,000 representatives across 10+ locations in just under 3 years!
However, the pandemic significantly and abruptly disrupted this company, prompting him to pivot once again. After taking crucial financial losses and having to basically start over, “I discovered the roofing industry through some friends at church and never looked back,” Greg recalls. “I was impressed by the opportunities that it offered.”
After excelling at a previous employer, both in sales then in management, Greg’s vision for a company that aligned with his values led him to partner with Billy Hargrove (CEO) and Hargrove Roofing. Brendan Thomas, a close friend of Greg’s and also a successful roofing enthusiast, shared the same vision and ultimately joined Greg on this journey. He emphasizes, “We are a faith-driven group of individuals with the purpose of building positive change around us.”
Hargrove Roofing specializes in comprehensive roofing and general contracting services, focusing on storm damage restoration. “We work directly with insurance carriers, making the process smooth and stress-free for the homeowner,” Greg explains. Their commitment to using top-quality materials and skilled labor ensures durable and reliable results. Their slogan, “KNOW WHO’S ON YOUR ROOF,” reflects their belief in building and maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, staff, sales professionals, real estate agents, builders, property managers, investors, and subcontractors.
The internal culture at Hargrove Roofing is one of purpose, leadership, and generosity. “Our vision for our team is to empower men to lead themselves well,” Greg shares. This philosophy is not just about professional growth but personal
development. “We believe that by developing your mind, body, and spirit, the fruit of that will follow. Your production, achievements, and results are a direct reflection of your constant chase for improvement in all areas of life.”
Greg’s passion for culture and relationships is evident in every aspect of Hargrove Roofing. “Organic growth in all areas of life is our measure of success,” he says. Seeing individuals transform and improve their lives through their time with the company is the ultimate reward. “When someone in our team improves their lives in multiple areas and has a stronger foundation then when they started, that is our greatest achievement.”
Family is central to Greg’s life. He has been with his wife, Rebecca, for 17 years and married for 11. Together, they have three beautiful boys: Elijah (4), Boaz (2), and Noah (1). “There is no greater gift in life than their every breath,” Greg expresses with heartfelt emotion. The family enjoys eating BBQ, visiting museums and parks, swimming, and taking evening walks around the golf course, looking for golf balls and rabbits.
Greg’s journey to DFW was marked by significant milestones and experiences that shaped his professional and personal life. From professional tennis to culinary arts, real estate investment, aviation, network marketing, and now roofing, each chapter contributed to his resilience and adaptability. His encounter with the roofing industry at a men’s group called Mighty Men was a turning point. “This group changed my life in more ways than one,” Greg reflects. Inspired by some of his friend’s success stories, he took a leap of faith into roofing and quickly made a mark.
Hargrove Roofing’s team is a testament to Greg’s vision. With over 100 members across nine branches in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas, the DFW sales team alone boasts 20+ sales professionals, each bringing unique skills and value. Greg’s leadership
Double the Passion Christina
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN PHOTOS BY KATHARINE GANN, DAYDREAM PHOTOGRAPHY
Growing up in a small town southwest of Fort Worth, Christina Chambliess never imagined that one day she’d be running a thriving real estate business alongside her identical twin sister, Jennifer Davies. “I have the best of both worlds,” she says. “I truly love what I do, and I get to do it with my best friend.” As the Co-broker and Co-owner of x2 Realty Group, Christina has built a career rooted in community, family, and an unwavering passion for helping people find their dream homes.
Christina and Jennifer’s journey into real estate was anything but traditional. With a background in marketing and sales, Christina was no stranger to the art of connection. But it wasn’t until a decade ago that she discovered her true calling. “I love helping people become homeowners,” she explains. “Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a fifth-time buyer, the excitement when they get their keys makes my heart happy.” That joy, that moment of handing over the keys, has fueled her passion ever since.
Despite the inevitable challenges of the industry, Christina’s love for real estate has only grown. “Transactions don’t always go smoothly,” she admits. “Keeping clients focused and calm, especially when emotions run high, can be tough. But I think that’s where experience kicks in.” For Christina, clients often become friends, making each transaction deeply personal. That trust and connection are at the heart of x2 Realty Group’s success.
While many might hesitate at the idea of working with family, for Christina, it’s been the highlight of her career.

“We have sooo much fun together,” she says of her partnership with Jennifer. “Real estate has really grown my circle. I’ve met so many interesting people with different backgrounds, and I love it!” That sense of community extends beyond her business—Christina still lives in the same small town where she
grew up, surrounded by lifelong friends and family. Now, her own children get to experience the same tight-knit environment she cherished as a child.

Success, for Christina, isn’t measured in sales volume—though her numbers are impressive, with a career volume nearing

Ryan’s career has brought many rewards, but one of the greatest is the freedom it provides. “Outside of the relationships it has brought us, freedom with my time is the best,” he says. Despite working seven days a week, real estate has given him the flexibility to coach his kids in sports, volunteer for

nonprofits, and still find time to compete in roping events.
Family remains at the center of Ryan’s world. He and his wife, Lacy—who is also a real estate agent and co-owner of Oak + Ash Realty—are celebrating 16 years of marriage this year. Their son Benjamin, 10, and daughter Georgia, 7, share their love for ranch life, each having their own horses and participating in roping.
As for his definition of success, it’s in personal growth and impact.
“Comparing yourself to others can be destructive and creates envy. By staying focused on your own goals, achieving them, and using that to bless others... that is my definition of success.”
Ryan’s goals for the future are ambitious yet grounded in the same drive that has propelled him forward since day one. He aims to reach $100 million in sales volume in one year and manage 500 properties under Oak + Ash Realty. His advice for up-and-coming agents? “Answer your phone. If you cannot, call back as quickly as possible. People want to work with those who solve problems and add value to their lives.”
With a volume of over $13 million last year and a reputation as one of the most respected names in Fort Worth real estate, Ryan Studdard continues to build a legacy of honor, generosity, and dependability. Whether guiding clients through luxury home purchases, managing large-scale developments, or investing in real estate himself, he approaches each endeavor with the same dedication that has defined his career.
“I want to be remembered for being honorable, giving, and dependable,” he says. And he is doing that with every client he serves, every deal he closes, and every problem he solves. From rodeo arenas to a real estate empire, Ryan Studdard is building lasting connections and providing solutions that make a difference in people’s lives.

Born and raised in Mansfield, Texas, Linsey grew up in a whirlwind of activity. As the middle child of five, she thrived on the camaraderie of her family, the friendships she built, and the sport that defined much of her youth: soccer. “I played for 17 years,” she recalls. “Between my select team and high school games, my weekends were spent traveling, and I loved every minute of it.” When she wasn’t on the field, she was at the lake or spinning around the dance floor in the Stockyards—two places that, even today, feel like home.
Her path to real estate, however, was anything but direct. Before becoming an agent, Linsey worked for a 3PL freight broker, a role that sharpened her business acumen but never quite felt like the right fit. “I never thought this would be my calling,” she admits. “But once I started, I realized how much I loved helping people. Watching families achieve their dreams of homeownership—it’s more rewarding than I ever imagined.”
That passion quickly turned into purpose. In just 19 months, Linsey has closed 24 deals, totaling $6.8 million in sales volume. Her success, however, hasn’t come without challenges. “Standing out was the hardest part,” she explains. “When I got into real estate, three others in my immediate family were already selling homes. I knew I had to do something different, something that made me shine.”
That “something different” turned out to be social media. “Every client I’ve had—except for three—has come from my online presence,” she says. Linsey embraced the digital space, showcasing not just her listings but also her personality, her story, and her deep commitment to her clients. And it worked. Her approach earned her the title of “Rookie of the Year” for most closings by a first-year agent, as well as the 2024 Pacesetter Award.
But beyond the numbers and accolades, Linsey’s journey has been about something much deeper: survival and
transformation. “I’ve overcome so much in a short period of time,” she shares. For 11 years, Linsey lived in isolation, caught in the grip of domestic violence. “I had a child during that time and convinced myself I was making the right choices for her. I kept praying it would change. But one day, I woke up, and life flashed before my eyes. I knew I had to start over.”
And so she did. Step by step, she rebuilt her life, learning how to navigate the world on her own terms. “I still face challenges, mostly triggers
from the past,” she admits. “But each day, it gets easier.”
Her journey has shaped the way she does business. “Success is about aligning your actions with your values,” Linsey says. “It’s about feeling content with the progress you’ve made.” For Linsey, success means helping people move forward—especially those who, like her, have had to start from scratch. “One of my goals this year is to help more women and men who have escaped domestic violence buy a home and find their light again.”

That desire to uplift others is what makes Linsey different. “I wear my heart on my sleeve,” she says. “I’ve always done everything I can for others, and now I get to do it in a way that truly changes lives. That’s what I love most about real estate—seeing people happy, excited, knowing they’ve achieved something huge.”
And in her personal life, happiness has taken on a whole new meaning. “I met the love of my life last year,” she says, smiling. “After everything I went through, I never expected to find someone who truly understands me, who loves my daughter as his own. And now, he’s given me four amazing bonus kids. I always dreamed of having five children, and here I am, living it. Life is crazy, full of schedules, work, and school functions, but we love the chaos.”
Outside of work, Linsey stays busy with her family, cheering on the Texas Rangers, spending time at the lake, and singing—though only when no one is listening. “If I’m singing, I’m happy,” she laughs. “My family and friends know that.”
Looking ahead, Linsey sees nothing but growth—for both her career and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “DFW is exploding,” she says. “In five to ten years, we’re going to see even more big companies moving in, creating opportunities for families and agents alike. There’s something for everyone here—from the Stockyards to Clearfork, Highland Park to little vineyards. It’s exciting to be part of it.”
For new agents, her advice is simple: “Don’t stop. Don’t compare yourself to others. You are different, and that’s your superpower.” And as for the best advice she’s received? “Continue setting yourself apart and reaching for the stars,” she says, crediting her stepfather, Steve White.
When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, Linsey doesn’t hesitate. “I want people to see how far

I’ve
always done everything I can for others, and now I get to do it in a way that truly changes lives. That’s what I love most about real estate—seeing people happy, excited, knowing they’ve achieved something huge."
I’ve come,” she says. “Not just in real estate, but in life. I want to be known for the changes I made—not only in my own world, but in the lives of others.”
Her story is one of strength, reinvention, and hope. And if the past 19 months are any indication, Linsey Prater is just getting started.
Real Producers
FAQ
Real Producers magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.
Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, likeminded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highestproducing real estate agents and RP-vetted businesses in every market and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, and upcoming events, and we educate – really anything that will connect, inform, and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life-changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.
Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?
A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of
our four communities. We rank all those agents based on their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past, we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.
Q: Who receives Real Producers magazine?
A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically in their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.
Q: Can I be featured?
A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?

A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because of the businesses that your peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k$10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?
Q: Does Real Producers host events?
A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people and some 75-250 people. We do Social Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.
For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW
real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?
A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has been recommended by your peers, the topproducing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but for the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.
Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?
A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
