Beyond the Sale ALVAREZ

MMartha Alvarez, a dedicated real estate agent with Monument Realty and leader of The Martha Alvarez Team, has become known for earning the trust of her clients and offering transparency through every transaction. She has spent the last 16 years guiding families through one of life’s most significant journeys: finding a place to call home. For her, real estate is all about the relationships she cultivates with her clients.

“Real estate is a deeply personal journey,” Martha says. “My goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, confident, and wellinformed every step of the way. Trust is the foundation of everything I do.”

A Humble Beginning

Martha’s story begins in Guanajuato, Mexico, where she was born before moving to the United States at the age of 8. Growing up in Dallas, Texas, as one of six siblings, she witnessed her mother’s strength as the sole provider after her parents’ divorce. Despite her father’s disability and the challenges their family faced, Martha’s mother’s unwavering determination taught her the value of hard work and perseverance.

“Life wasn’t always easy,” Martha reflects, “but those experiences shaped who I am today and gave me the strength to pursue my dreams.”

After graduating from North Dallas High School and attending trade school, Martha found herself working as an office manager at a dental office. Encouraged by her boss to explore new opportunities, she dipped her toes into real estate as a hobby. Little did she know, that decision would spark a lifelong passion.

From Hobby to Calling

“I started part-time, but real estate quickly became more than just a job,” Martha recalls. “Helping friends and family navigate the buying process led to referrals, and before I knew it, I was transitioning into a full-time career.”

Today, Martha’s work is driven by a passion for helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. As

a bilingual agent, she is uniquely positioned to serve Spanish-speaking clients who might otherwise struggle with language barriers during such a significant milestone. “Being able to explain everything in a way they fully understand is incredibly rewarding,” she shares. “Seeing their joy when they find the perfect home makes it all worth it.”

Balancing Career and Family

Martha’s path hasn’t been without its challenges. Shortly after beginning her real estate career, she became a mother. “Managing a growing business

while raising my two children was incredibly difficult,” she admits. “There were many late nights and early mornings, but my family has always been my priority.”

Her husband, Manuel Munoz, joined her in real estate in 2018, becoming one of her biggest supporters and a key member of her team. Together, they’ve built a business that not only serves their clients but also creates a legacy for their children, Lucas and Lilly, who are active in sports and a constant source of joy for the family.

The Rewards of Real Estate

For Martha, the most rewarding part of her career is the relationships she builds. “Many clients start as strangers and end up as lifelong friends,” she says. “It’s such an honor to be part of such an important chapter in their lives. When they invite me to family gatherings, it feels like I’ve become part of their family, too.”

“Martha has established herself as a standout in North Texas real estate, earning a reputation as a trusted and highly professional REALTOR®. Her unwavering commitment to her clients and her passion for delivering exceptional service set her apart in the industry. We are excited to have her on our team at Monument Realty Fort Worth. Martha exemplifies the values we hold dear—positive, productive, and client-focused excellence. Her impact on the North Texas real estate market is undeniable, and we’re excited to see her continue raising the bar for what it means to be an extraordinary agent.”

—Jason Cryer, Director of Monument Realty Fort Worth

This commitment to connection and community hasn’t gone unnoticed. During her 12 years with RE/MAX, Martha consistently earned top producer awards, including the 100% Club and Platinum Award, before transitioning to Monument Realty in 2023. She also received the Hall of Fame Award for lifetime earnings exceeding $1 million and has been recognized with the Real

Producer Award for four consecutive years. However, she is quick to credit her team for these achievements.

“I couldn’t have done it without Manuel Munoz and Gabriela Delgado,” she emphasizes. “Their support has been instrumental.”

A Legacy of Kindness and Excellence

Beyond the accolades, Martha hopes to be remembered for her kindness and compassion. “I want to be known as someone who always had a smile and a helping hand for anyone around me,” she says. Whether guiding a client through a tough decision or encouraging a colleague, Martha’s positivity leaves a lasting impact.

Her advice to aspiring agents is simple yet profound: “Real estate is a long-term game. The key to success is consistency. Show up every day, even when it’s tough, and trust the process.”

Looking Ahead

Martha’s goals for the year include expanding her investment portfolio and helping more families achieve their dreams of homeownership. With over $2 million in career volume, her focus remains on the relationships she’s built rather than the numbers.

Outside of work, she treasures time with her family, whether it’s cheering on Lucas at a baseball game or supporting Lilly on the soccer and volleyball fields. “Family is everything to me,” she says. “It’s what grounds me and keeps me focused on what truly matters.”

As she reflects on her journey, Martha’s gratitude shines through. “I leave everything in God’s hands,” she says. “My faith gives me peace and strength to navigate any obstacle. Real estate has been an incredible platform to align my personal and professional goals, and I’m so grateful for the journey it’s provided.”

For Martha Alvarez, success isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about building trust, empowering others, and creating a legacy that lasts far beyond the sale.

Quality and Commitment

Marketing Director Danna Wolf attests to the quality and level of commitment that begins at the top of the organization.

“People who work with Shaddock Homes to create their homes know that the company is family-owned and operated. They know the family works at the company, and they know they can get on the phone if they need to,” Danna says.

“All of the Shaddocks get out and walk the properties and visit with buyers. Everyone is available. We want to be there with them.”

Building on the Cutting Edge

Through the many decades of premier building in the region, Shaddock Homes has remained on the cutting edge of building trends and techniques.

“We pride ourselves on the product. If you go to a Shaddock development, you can see which homes are the ones we built,” she says.

“We brand what we do so you know which ones are Shaddock homes. We started including a logo with each address about 15 years ago. It appears as a watermark on the address of the home.”

Family Leadership

Leading the day-to-day operations for the Shaddock family are Peter Shaddock, Sr., Pater Shaddock, Jr., and Beth Shaddock.

Through time, the reputation that Shaddock Homes continues to build on covers a lot of ground—literally. In fact, Shaddock Homes creates quality homes across North Texas from DFW east to

Rockwall and west to the west side of Fort Worth.

Teamwork is at the heart of the difference. Today, the Shaddock Homes family boasts more than 100 employees.

Shaddock Homes offers a wide range of communities, quick move-in options and plans to choose from.

Ticer Jennifer

Engaged at her senior prom and married a year later, the couple built their life on hard work, dedication, and shared dreams. They balanced full-time jobs while paying their way through college, with Jennifer ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from UT Arlington. That same determination would later define her real estate career.

Before stepping into the world of real estate, Jennifer worked at Chase Bank in Arlington and simultaneously helped a local custom home builder with bookkeeping. What started as a side role quickly grew into a full-time career. “Jim was a Godly business owner and father who reminded me so much of my dad and how he led and served the people around him,” she says. Over the years, her responsibilities expanded to budgeting, estimating, investor communication, forecasting, and property management. More than just a job, it was a mentorship that prepared her for the path ahead. When Jim retired in 2017, she felt inspired to take the leap into real estate on her own.

LED BY Faith

Jennifer Ticer learned at a young age that faith and family are the foundations of a meaningful life.

Growing up in Arlington with two sisters and parents who prioritized service and strong values, she witnessed firsthand the

power of community. “We watched my parents model servant leadership as they volunteered at our schools, led Bible studies and made lifelong friends with the other parents in our small cul-de-sac where we lived for most of my childhood,”

Jennifer recalls. Those early lessons shaped her approach to both life and business, making her the heart-driven leader she is today.

Her love story with her husband, Gary, began in high school at Arlington Martin.

Seven years later, Jennifer is the proud leader of The Ticer Group at RE/MAX Associates of Mansfield. With over $110 million in career sales, she has built a reputation for excellence, earning accolades such as the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award and recognition in Fort Worth Magazine. But for her, success is about the people. “The Lord really impressed on me earlier this year to be intentional, so I’m doing some things

leaves no time for the ones I love most, I’ve missed the mark.”

that hard work and faith can coexist harmoniously.

I want my family to remember that I worked, cooked, cleaned, and was still there for them at all times.”

Her children are not only her motivation but also the inspiration behind her brokerage’s name. “Brooks & Morgan Real Estate is named after their middle names,” Holly says with a smile. Her son, Ford, is already learning chess with Patrick, while Paisley’s spirited personality brings joy to their home. Together, they create a life filled with love, laughter, and intentionality.

This intentionality extends to Holly’s goals for her business. “I want to grow my brokerage slowly and correctly,” she emphasizes. Her plan includes adding two agents who share her morals and values. She is also determined to continue building a legacy for her children, proving

Holly’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. Balancing her career and family life has required a certain level of flexibility, particularly when she pursued her broker’s license while raising two toddlers. “It was tough, but I’m proud I overcame it,” she reflects. Her faith has been her anchor, guiding her through the ups and downs of both life and business.

Beyond real estate, Holly finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loves working out, baking sourdough bread, and reading books that deepen her relationship with God or explore historical events like wartime stories. “We’re all homebodies,” she admits, cherishing the cozy, welcoming environment she has created for her family.

When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, Holly’s answer is as warm and genuine as she is. “I want people to feel loved and see me as a joyful presence,” she says. “I want my family to remember that I worked, cooked, cleaned, and was still there for them at all times.” And, with a laugh, she adds, “Maybe they’ll also remember that my house always smelled like bread!”

Holly’s advice to aspiring agents is deeply profound: “It’s all about relationships. Build as many quality relationships as you can.” With her approachable demeanor and steadfast dedication to her clients and family, Holly Winn exemplifies the power of authenticity in both life and business. Her journey is an example of what’s possible when passion meets purpose and value takes precedence over volume, every time.

“I LOVE THE IMPACT I CAN HAVE ON OTHER PEOPLE THROUGH MY BUSINESS, BUT ULTIMATELY, THE OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPERIENCES I AM ABLE TO GIVE MY FAMILY ARE MY BIGGEST MOTIVATOR.”

I get to have on my buyers, sellers, and agents—a lot of whom become good friends—is so rewarding.”

Opening her own brokerage, Point Realty, in the midst of a shifting market proved to be quite the challenge. “We literally opened our doors the same month that interest

rates began to skyrocket after years of 3% rates and the market began to slow dramatically. It was a tough time, but I have always preached that we can’t let the market define our ability to survive in this industry. So we put our heads down, created a training program, built systems and processes,

Whether that’s personally with my clients and agents, or through the generosity I can show with the dollars I earn, I want to leave the world a better place than I found it.”

Her commitment to this mission has earned her numerous accolades, including the Rising Star award early in her career, as well as the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards at her previous brokerage. Yet, for Stephanie, true success lies in the ability to provide her family with a life filled with love, opportunities, experiences, and joy—while helping others achieve the same for their own families.

Through it all, she remains deeply grateful for the support of her husband, John, and their two children. “My dreams and goals are all centered around my family and adventure. I want my husband and me to be able to travel the world, experience new places, and spend time with the people who matter most to us.”

and focused on sales. Now, almost three years later, we are thriving.”

Stephanie’s resilience and adaptability have been key to her success, but so has her strong belief in giving back. “I have a desire to be a contributor, someone who gives back and has an impact.

Stephanie Deeds may have built a successful real estate business, but her true legacy is the lives she’s touched— clients who became lifelong friends, agents who found confidence in her mentorship, and a family who gets to experience the world because of the hard work and heart she pours into everything she does.

As she puts it, “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished, I am incredibly grateful for the life we’ve created and the people I get to share it with, and I also know that the best is still yet to come.”

Real Producers

FAQ

Real Producers m agazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.

Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?

A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, likeminded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highestproducing real estate agents and RP-vetted businesses in every market and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, and upcoming events, and we educate – really anything that will connect, inform, and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.

At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life-changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.

Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?

A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of

our four communities. We rank all those agents based on their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past, we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.

Q: Who receives Real Producers magazine?

A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically in their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.

Q: Can I be featured?

A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@ dfwrealproducers.com.

Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?

A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because

of the businesses that your peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k$10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?

Q: Does Real Producers host events?

A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people and some 75-250 people. We do Social Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.

For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the

connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!

Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?

A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has been recommended by your peers, the topproducing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but for the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.

Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?

A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
