Emerge 2024
Dear NFBPA Members,

We are excited to share the success of the Emerge Conference, "Empowering Leaders for Tomorrow," held on July 25th in New Jersey. The event brought together public administration professionals, thought leaders, and innovators for a day of inspiring sessions and invaluable networking opportunities.
The conference began with a dynamic Public Administration Day at the airport, a collaborative effort coordinated with Dr. Philip Harris’ assistance. This opening set the tone for the impactful sessions that followed, addressing critical topics essential to our field.
One of the standout sessions was "The Power of Effective Communication," featuring our very own Dr. Natasha Hampton. Her insights into strategic communication were enlightening and highly relevant to our daily professional interactions.
Additionally, the session on "Optimizing Public Sector Infrastructure Investments" was particularly noteworthy. Dr. Aneisha Daniel, serving as a panelist, provided expert perspectives on maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of public investments, offering practical takeaways for all attendees.
