*This figure attempts to graphically illustrate the comparative performance of the region for 2019 and 2020 per pillar. It is based on average points per chapter rather than a precise calibration of performance measurements.
The following are the regions’ strengths and opportunities that would usher development and attainment of having a Healthy and Resilient SOCCSKSARGEN towards a “matatag, maginhawa and panatag na buhay by 2040.”
Strength and Opportunities 1. Functionality of the public feedback mechanisms such as the Contact Center ng Bayan, the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk, as well as the 8888 Hotline which were able to address all the complaints lodge to them; 2.
Criminal case disposition and conviction rate increased by 89 percent resulting in an higher number of released PDLs and improved the jail congestion from 293 percent in 2019 to 198 percent in 2020;
3. Palay and Corn Production improved with the region placing first in palay production among Mindanao regions and 6th place nationwide, while it was the 4th highest corn producer nationwide; 4.
Job placement rate for the year is a high 96 percent;

MSMEs started recovering during the last quarter of the year with a total of 20,950 MSMEs assisted , 107 percent higher than its target but 5 percent lower than the 2019 achievement rate.
