NATM Affinity Programs

Tracks

NATM Affinity Programs By Meghan Ryan, NATM Assistant Director NATM provides value to members through benefits like the Compliance Verification Program (CVP) and the annual Convention & Trade Show, among other offerings. Another way NATM provides value to members is through affinity programs which have the potential to save members money as well as provide top tier benefits to their employees. NATM members and dealer affiliates are eligible to participate in NATM’s various affinity programs. NATM 401(k) with MMA: NATM now offers corporate retirement plans to all members and dealer affiliates. Managed by Marsh & McLennan Agency and powered by Vestwell. This modernized 401(k) offering makes it easier for companies to onboard and administer cost-effective plans. This solution removes friction points typically experienced through traditional providers by offering flexible investment strategies, streamlined administration, automated onboarding, and fiduciary oversight, all at competitive pricing. By acting as a single point of contact for you and your employees, MMA’s modernized retirement offering keeps everyone’s best interests in mind. Want to learn more? NAM Association Health Plan (AHP) NATM is now extending affordable health care to trailer manufacturing companies with 2-99 employees in approved states. In states where the Association health plan is not available, the NATM will connect manufacturers with available small-group options in their states. As an Affiliate Partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), NATM now offers our

trailer manufacturing members access to NAM Health Care, for more information, visit www.NATM.NAMHealthCare.com. NATM member companies regularly report challenges with recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce. As the trailer industry continues to boast record sales, maintaining a skilled workforce is key to capitalizing on the market and maintain an efficient team capable of quality results. One way to support a strong recruiting and retention program is to offer a competitive benefits program which includes health insurance coverage. ATM recognizes the financial commitment made by members to N provide their employees with a viable employee benefits program and is consistently evaluating worthwhile options for member consideration. In late fall of 2019, NATM became an Affiliate member of NAM’s Association Health Plan to provide NATM members with 2-99 employees access to an Association Health Plan option. NATM’s Association Health Plan provided through NAM is underwritten by United Healthcare. To participate, members must have an NAISC code of 31, 32, or 33 and be an active dues paying member of NATM. The NATM Association Health Plan underwritten by United Healthcare offers multiple medical plan offerings including Qualified High Deductible Health Plans (QHDHP’s) and PPO plans with flexibility to implement multiple plans as you find the plan options most beneficial to your employees. Medical plan offerings include the UHC Choice Plus network. Benefits include hospitalization, primary care, 100 percent preventive care, maternity, pharmacy, and no annual or lifetime dollar limits. United Healthcare will determine your group size based on the average total number of employees in the prior year. To be eligible, an employer must contribute at least 50 percent of the employee only premium and 50 percent of eligible employees must enroll in the plan (less valid waivers). www.NATM.com
