The event provides multisports activities for adults and children with physical disabilities or learning or neurological conditions. On the day participants took part in football, hockey, tennis, wheelchair basketball and wheelchair rugby, and ended the day throwing foam javelins and foam frisbees. Great fun was had by all. Dan Rook from Reading FC Community Trust and co-founder of Sport Together Berkshire said, “Reading FC Community Trust are delighted to be part of the Festivals of Inclusivity, and

stablished in February 2015, I Got Soul was started at the Licked Bar, Farnham, by Errol Brown as a monthly last Saturday of the month over 30’s Soul event. Errol being very much a Boogie boy who travelled all over the towns in the South wanted to bring a wider range of Soul back to an area that was very much a part of the UK Soul scene back in the day. Going forward, I Got Soul is now resident at the Apres Night Club, Coppid Beech Hotel, Bracknell where they have their third Friday of the month residency. I Got Soul has booked the finest US and UK artists and celebrity DJs to perform such as Jean Carn, Omar, Jazzie B, So Solid Crew, Luck & Neat, Spoony, David Rodigan, Trevor Nelson and Norman Jay to name a few. They
also have Soul tributes and Soul Boat events, and for those who like UK Garage they have those nights covered too along with UKG Boat Parties. Recently tribute act Just Whitney drew a crowd of more than 200 people from Bracknell, Wokingham, London and even as far afield as Kent. Errol Brown told My Bracknell: “Soul music comes from the heart and found a grab in the local music scene here in Bracknell. Over the last few years, the town has seen big names like Baby Dee and Martin Kemp all live under one roof. “I have a big team of pro DJs who work for me in other local venues playing the same kind of soul music.” Errol Brown started his music empire in Bracknell back in 2017 at the Apres nightclub at the Coppid Beech Hotel, Bracknell - where the sound of soul music lives on.
