Halloween was really ramped up a gear at Wellington Country Park this year where they celebrated Hallo’welly’ween in style.

The Halloween-styled country park’s decorations was second to none with fantastic attention to detail.

From the minute you arrived there were Halloween placards lining the driveway with smoke machines at the entrance.

Youngsters could go for a wander in the pumpkin patch and pick their pumpkin of choice before carving their creations.

Visitors could face their fears and visit the ZooLab UK team with their wonderful creepy crawlies, getting up close and personal with giant centipedes to tarantula’s.

The Pop-Up Play Village came to visit with their sensory and roleplay fun. Halloween activities included carving a witch’s wand and making fizzy pumpkins.

Junk Jodie was also on hand to help make some fantastic, recycled Halloween crafts to take home.

And the Halloween-themed miniature railway was dressed to perfection with spiders, skeletons, a spooky graveyard and pumpkins.

As well as the usual activities including feeding the animals at the farm, the dinosaur trail, the jumping pillow, mini golf, indoor soft play and the numerous play areas, there were also a number of shows running throughout the day.

Wellington Country Park certainly knows how to put on special themed weeks. Their next one is Neverland Illuminova from November 18th to December 23rd.

With tickets priced £22 for adults and £18 for children, enjoy a magical lights trail in the run-up to Christmas.
