District Delegate Election District Delegates are elected annually to represent the homeowners within their District. Their role is to vote to approve the annual budget, cast votes on behalf of the members within their district, and elect the homeowner representatives to serve as the Board of Governors. They also serve on the Tribunal Committee when called upon. We are actively seeking our 2024 District Delegates, so please consider volunteering! Those interested in running must complete the Petition for Candidacy Form and submit it before 5pm on Jan 12. Your Passport to the Pool NEW POOL PROCEDURES MNC pool procedures have changed as of the 2024 season. The purpose of this procedural change is to ensure household information is accurate and up to date for residents, tenants, and property owners year after year. Please note that every MNC household must complete the necessary form(s) to use the pool facilities for the upcoming season, rent facility space, and sign up for activities. Upon completion and approval of the required form(s), fobs will be reactivated for the season. We encourage you to complete the forms as soon as possible to avoid long wait times once the pool is open. We’re always here to help!

Seasonal Reminders HOA Assessments due no later than Jan 15 before a $30 late fee is assessed. Remove exterior holiday lights and decor by Jan 31. TOCR Christmas Tree Recycling until Jan 31. Review MNC Snow Procedures 2024 Recycling Calendar MNC recycle days fall on the green Fridays. If there is a holiday or snowfall, service will be Saturday that week. We will notify you via e-blast and Facebook! Clubs Join a club or start your own in 2024 Contact the Good Deeds Club if you’re a resident in need of snow removal!
