The Covenants Team has begun comprehensive inspections for large projects such as house painting, driveway repairs, missing front yard trees, missing siding, and more. Why act now? If your repairs require ARC approval (for example, house painting), apply during the winter. Applications are valid for one year, which means you’ll be ready when vendors offer discounts on lastminute projects—saving you time and money. Questions or need guidance?
