Yard of the Month

RETURNING FOR SUMMER

The Board of Governors and Staff are pleased to conduct the annual Yard of the Month (YOTM) contest to show their appreciation and recognize homeownerswhoexhibiteffortinmaintainingtheirproperty.

The program will award winners for front yard curb appeal in the months of July, August, and September, occasionally including special editions. The program will also award residents for holiday decorations in October (Fall/Halloween)andDecember(WinterNightLights)

Everywinnerreceivesanofficiallawn-signtokeep,aprizevaluedat$25-$50, a MNC swag bag, plus earn special recognition in the e-blast and on the websitephotogallery(loginrequired).

Thissummer,weareonlyjudgingfrontyardcurbappeal,butdon’tthinkyou needgrassandflowerstowin.Thereisbeautyfoundinallyardcompositions, especially ColoradoScapes, so everyone is encouraged to participate in this friendlyneighborhoodcontest!
