REGIONAL UPDATES – SOUTHERN PACIFIC

SoPac ROLL:

SoPac’s Regional New Hire Lunch n’ Learn in the Newport Beach Office was hosted by Mike Myers and the HR team on Monday, January 30th between 11:30 am – 4:30 pm. This event is held on a quarterly basis and includes an overview of our region and engagement opportunities followed by a happy hour. The purpose is to assist with onboarding and assimilating our new hires into the region. This year we’ve revamped the content to add in an EMC and Culture presentation and focus on the regional layout while truly understanding what it means to be an employee owner and how to be successful at McCarthy.
