NATIONAL UPDATES – CRAFT L&D

• Kick-off of Craft Training Program at the ICWC Chandler Facility
• Successful Pilot of the Welding course to add to training program in Channelview
• Launch of ESL program in Teas with 20 Craft Professionals trained at NEWPP and Ismaili
A LOOK BACK AT 2022: A LOOK FORWARD IN 2023:
• Re Onboarding Program – Pilots kicked off at 2 sites in February 2023. Program will continue to expand to other sites throughout the year to help develop our Craft Professionals
• Expansion of National Foreman Development Program at both the ICWC, Channelview Facilities as well as virtual offerings throughout the year
• Expansion of McCarthy Apprenticeship program with the addition of more approved Occupations to meet the needs of many of our markets across regions
• Expanding ESL program to Cypress Methodist in March and Dallas this year
• Team is partnering very closely with RE Operations to assist in ensuring we follow IRA compliance requirements. This is key in allowing the RE business to continue to lead the way in the Renewable Energy market and stive in future business development

COURSES TAUGHT: Over 500 Craft Professionals Trained in 2022
TRAINING HOURS: More than 2,600 Craft Professional Training Hours in 2022
PROGRAM TOTAL: 2,500 Craft Professionals Trained
TRAINING HOURS TOTAL: More than 10,000 Craft Professional Training Hours
Over 8k Workforce Development Assessments completed in 2022, bringing our program total to over 15,000 assessments
