NATIONAL UPDATES – HR OPERATIONS

HR Operations welcomed Kinsley Poepping to the team as the new HR Compliance Manager in December 2022. Kinsley is located out of the St. Louis office and has 12 years of compliance experience working in health care and construction industries.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HR SERVICE CENTER! The HR Service Center has been serving our Craft population one year on March 7, 2023. The HRSC has addressed 3,300+ service tickets since its inception in 2022.

Team Accomplishments

• First cycle of Year in Review has been completed in SuccessFactors. Companywide completion rate was 82.3% on 2/3 deadline.

• Quarterly multiple-point audits identified and planned to improve data validity in SuccessFactors on an ongoing basis.

• Supported the Renewable Energy Team with co-creating, documenting, and delivering a RE specific Craft Transfer Process to Project Administrators.

• The first Interactive I-9/E-Verify Regional trainings were presented to all Project Administrators. These comprehensive training sessions are anticipated to be offered on an annual basis.

• Consistent 88% increase in call volume to the HRSC from last quarter.

• HRSC is now handling Craft Jury Duty, Bereavement & Military Leave Administration - effective as of 1/1/23.

Current Projects

• H-1B CAP Lottery and Affirmative Action Reporting.

• SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) Story Report development for more comprehensive and improved reporting capabilities.

• Craft-to-Salary Document development – outlining comparison of Craft vs Salary Total Rewards to aid in the discussion of transition from Craft to Salary Partners.

Upcoming Projects

• We are partnering with the National Safety Team to develop a consistent Safety Certification documentation process in SuccessFactors for all Craft & Salaried Partners.

• First cycle Talent Review in SuccessFactors.

• Virtual/Online E-Verify I-9 training updates.

• HRSC Craft LOA Administration is expanding to NorPac & SoPac – Communication plan is currently in progress.

• The HRSC is visiting Sun Stream 3 to assist Craft with SuccessFactors app download and navigation.
