REGIONAL UPDATES - CENTRAL CENTRAL REGIONAL ORIENTATION

PURPOSE: To welcome new hires to the Central Region and provide information that will help them get assimilated to the region and bridge the gap between starting and attending NEO

➢ Hosted our third Central Regional Orientation with 27 new hires joining in St. Louis, Kansas City, or Omaha

We are continuing to evaluate the effectiveness of our Central Regional Orientation and making changes where needed for our next event in the Spring.

• John Buescher hosted a Central Business Planning meeting to review Central 2022 Results and Central 2023 AOP priorities

PARTNERING WITH OD:

The Kc Office Is Celebrating 10 Years In Kansas

CITY!

• Hosted teaming sessions for WUSM and NGA that have reached big milestones in their project

• OD worked with the BJC project on leadership and team alignment since they are just ramping up

• At Home in the Heartland

• Hosting quarterly all-hands meetings

• We are excited to expand its regional impact

• Our KC Office celebrated a KC Chiefs Superbowl WIN

COLLEGE RECRUITING:

• Attending 12 events at 11 schools for Spring college recruiting efforts

• NEW – assigned college champions for each school to help support the college recruiting efforts

The Central L&D Steering Committee met on January 27th to review the structure and alignment of our peer groups.
