PURPOSE: To welcome new hires to the Southern Region and provide information that will help them get assimilated to the region
➢ Hosted our second ever Southern Social with 31 new hires that started between August and October

Overall feedback was great with 100% of attendee’s indicating that they were satisfied with the event

PARTNERING WITH OD:
• February 1: SSG Team – Greg Lynch & Lyn White
• February 21: CY 4&5 Team – Michael Bond & Andy Jansen
• March 8: Cypress MEP Team – Henry Duque & (likely Lyn White – currently coordinating)
• In January, the Directors and SLT met to discuss the Southern AOP. Matt Hunt and Terry Petlowany led the discussion and helped create groups around each priority. The groups are now working through the action plan to move the priorities forward
Business Unit Huddles
• Hosted in-person Business Unit Huddles in Houston, Atlanta and Dallas
• Bryan attended each one to talk about our regional AOP and priorities
• The Business Unit Leaders presented on their BU AOP reviews
COLLEGE RECRUITING:
• Visited 24 schools for Spring College
Recruiting efforts
• Hosting two in-house interview days
• March 8-9 in Atlanta
• March 14-15 in Dallas

We held our 2023 Southern Region Peer Group Planning session on January 24. The champions spent an entire day planning for 2023 while ensuring alignment with the 2023 Southern Region Business Priorities. They also had a great session with PJ Lowry practicing how to facilitate and make training courses more interactive.
• Onboarded 7 interns for the Spring Semester
• 33 Non-Craft New Hires from January – March (currently)
• 113 Craft New Hires from January – February 10, 649 Craft Total
