REGIONAL ORIENTATION AND WELCOME (ROW)

➢ Hosting our fourth in-person ROW event on March 14th after initially hosting virtual events starting in 2020

➢ This will be our largest attendance to-date with over 55 new partners hired since October 2022 invited to attend

Shaun Sleeth and other leaders in the region led 3 lunch-and-learn sessions hosted over 1-week to review and discuss the NorPac AOP. Each session was dedicated to a specific aspect of the AOP.

REGIONAL WINS COMING INTO 2023!

• Hired and onboarded over 100 partners for the first time ever in the NorPac Region

• Nearly 100 promotions – most we have ever done in a year

• Hosted our first 2-day Fall Seminar in 3 years with an amazing turn out to our 1970’s themed event

• Hosted regional HR Holiday Party, bringing everyone together in-person to close out the year

New Hires:

• 19 New Hires started YTD

• 28 more New Hires have accepted offers and are waiting to start

• 50 interns anticipated to join Nor Pac this summer

COLLEGE RECRUITING:

• Attended 10 different Universities + ASC Conference YTD

• Coming from 17 different universities, 6 different majors, and spread across 24 project sites and departments
