RIDGID Australia announces a NEW range of Penetrating ball & drop heads to suit the RIDGID FlexShaft machines as part of RIDGID’s commitment to continual development of technological precision products. The ball & drop heads suit either the K9-102 FlexShaft or the K9-204 FlexShaft machine. The Ball head for the K9-102 FlexShaft machine suits 1 ¼” to 2” lines, the ball head for the larger K9-204 machine suits 2” to 3” lines. The drop head for the K9-102 FlexShaft machine suits 1 ½” to 2” lines, the ball head for the larger K9-204 machine suits 3” to 4” lines. Product Features and Applications • A penetrating head can be used with smooth chains when carbide tipped chains are too aggressive. • Drop heads are designed for dropping down stacks in back-to-back applications. • Use alone or combine with other FlexShaft accessories for additional applications. • The difference between a ball head and drop head is the size. The drop heads are slightly larger which makes them better for dropping down stacks/shafts
Rheem Connect
Rheem Connect® launches Rheem Commercial into the IoT space. Designed to be used with Rheem’s range of Tankpak water heaters, as the name implies, it can also connect with Rediset pump sets and Guardian Warm Water systems for total system integration. When used with Tankpak Series 3 Deluxe it can read up to 30 inputs from each continuous flow gas water heater and up to 14 system inputs. Rheem Connect can provide data to local BMS in Modbus and BACnet protocols or be used for remote customer monitoring. For the ultimate peace of mind, the system can also be monitored by Rheem with priority service level agreements.
