ИНФОМАЦЕФ 39 Новости од другите земји The 2006 call for proposals - the last under the current IEE programme - has been published. European organizations can apply for financial support for their projects before 31 October 2006. Approximately € 50 million will be made available to co-finance up to 50% of the project costs. Organizations from EU Member States, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein can apply. If you plan to submit a proposal for a European project, one-off event or the creation of a local/regional energy agency: ►Do not hesitate to contact the IEEA or the National Contacts of the IEE programme for any information you may need; ►read carefully the 2006 call text and the annual work programme to find out which actions may be funded, this year's priorities, the conditions to apply, the evaluation criteria, and how to submit your proposal; ►investigate the state of the art and avoid duplicating ongoing projects, which the IEE programme supports already; ►take advantage of information provided at European and National Info Days; ►send a 1-2 page outline of your proposal to an IEEA Project Officer working in the relevant area to obtain early feedback on your ideas and plans ("pre-proposal check"); ►find suitable project partners, e.g. by using the ManagEnergy Partner search facility, the Partner Search Document from the European Info Day, or by contacting the IEE National Contacts of the country in which you would like to find partners; ►organize your project, define your budget and write your proposal using the relevant application forms and following the instructions provided in the guides for proposes (to be provided soon in the call documents area); ►submit your application before the deadline (31 October 2006); ►do not hesitate to contact the IEEA or the National Contacts of the IEE programme for any additional information you may need. EU energy efficiency directive to enter force (03 May 2006) A new EU law on end-use energy efficiency and energy services will enter force on 17 May after being published in the bloc's official journal on 27 April. The directive sets an indicative target of a 9% cut in energy use over business-as-usual in the nine years 2008 to 2017. It requires member states to draw up a rolling series of energy efficiency action plans. The first must be ready by 30 June 2007, the second by 30 June 2011 and the third by 30 June 2014. Member states must transpose the directive into national law by 17 May 2008, with the exception of three sub-articles to be incorporated earlier, by 17 May 2006. These deal with information on existing practices, the submission of national action plans, and the assessment of these plans by the commission. The commission will assess and report on each plan within six months of its submission. Потребно е и Владата на Македонија, преку подзаконски акти да нареди на сите потрошувачи да ги применат мерките за енергетска ефикасност кои се прифатени во Националната стратегија за Енергетска ефикасност во 2004 година.
