To ensure proper logging, please note that Lacordney Reed is fully trained on the distribution process. If you need any items from the closet, please contact him directly for assistance.

Line: Proper Use & Storage May Patient Experience Scores
As part of our ongoing efforts to support clear communication and equitable care for all patients, we rely on Language Line video interpreter devices throughout our clinic These tools play a vital role in breaking down language barriers and ensuring every patient receives respectful, informed, and safe care To keep these devices in good working order and easily accessible for everyone, we kindly ask that you return them to their designated storage locations immediately after use. Approved storage areas include:
Touchdown space in front of the Call Center (Room 409)
Office 445 in the Admin Hallway
Please do not store devices in the alcove next to the nurse’s station, as this is a patient care space and not an approved location Storing equipment in nondesignated areas creates potential safety and compliance issues and can delay access for others in need.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in keeping our work environment organized, compliant, and patient-focused Your attention to these details ensures that interpreter services remain readily available and functioning for all care teams.
