Jean’sloveforgardeningcamefromher husbandandthepassiontheyshared.Her PriortomovingtoOakViewSuitesin loveofgardeningandflowerarranginghas February201,Jeanwasveryinvolvedin helpedspreadjoytoOakViewSuitesassh herlargecongregationinVirginia,planning hasalsohelpedarrangecenterpiecesfo andleadingbigeventsandsocialactivities eventssuchastheCelebrationofMothe formanyyears.Shevolunteeredatalocal TeaPartyandtheChristmasLuncheon.It’s hospitalcreatingflowerarrangements awinforwinsituationforOakViewSuites:Jea theirpatients.Shealsohadasidebusiness getstodosomethingshetrulyenjoysand asaweddingplannerandwasamaster missesandOakViewSuitesgetstheirown gardener.Jeanwonmanyneighborhood “in-houseflorist.” awardsforherflowerbedsandhasservedin severalgardenclubs. SincemovingtoOakViewSuites,Jeanhas beenanactivememberoftheircommunity, KnowingJean’sbackground,LifeEnrichment participatinginallactivities,always CoordinatorNancyCrommettaskedif lendahelpinghandtootherresidentsa shewouldbeinterestedinmakingthe lovedbyall.Besidesgardeningandflower arrangements.Ofcourseshesaid“yes!” arranging,Jeanenjoysknitting,coloring, Nancypurchasestheprecutflowers,then andcraftsingeneral.Shewasthefirst-pla theybothgooutsidetocutgreeneryfrom winner the oftheHalloweenhatcontest.
