PRIORITIZE SLEEP: Getting adequate sleep is crucial for maintaining good health, especially as we age. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night by establishing a regular sleep routine, avoiding screens before bedtime, and creating a comfortable sleep environment. EXERCISE REGULARLY:

DO THE WORK Once you make the decision, you have to be relentless in your pursuit of the transformation. Be willing to really heal the broken places, realign the crooked mindsets, readjust the behaviors and habits that contributed to your wellness demise in the first place. You have to DO THE WORK.

Regular exercise can help maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and improve mental health. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity each week, in addition to muscle-strengthening activities at least two days per week.

BELIEVE YOU CAN In this issue I just want to share some of the first healthy habits I had to learn to adjust to make strides in my own wellness journey. Here are some healthy habits that women over 40 can develop to promote good health and well-being:
